The location of this property is great but be prepared to be hot! There’s no air conditioning in this unit!!! I should have paid closer attention to description when booking so not upset at the host - Looks like every other unit has AC but not 131. :(
There are fans to blow warm air and we use them as well as stay i. The pool for as long as we could to stay cool. Pool is just across the unit. Enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t be coming back to same unit - AC is a must!
The property managers contact you quickly! Staying in constant communication when needed and are very flexible! Beautiful location. Great view! You might not see the ocean, but you get a great view of the pond! Overall amazing!! The room was peaceful and quiet! It’s given the opportunity I would gladly stay here again!!

I have been staying at Napili Shores for 17 years. It is an outstanding resort located in a quiet neighborhood in West Maui. I have for years rented from the same couple, but for 2023 someone got ahead of me and rented my normal condo for the month of March. So I had to look elsewhere and discovered this unit. I will start with all the things my daughter and I loved about it.
* Very clean
* Really comfortable bed
* Great location for us. Super close to the pool, laundry, office, and the ADA parking place
* Very fair price
* Over all a very nice experience and would stay there again.
Only a few drawbacks and this may not matter to some guests
* Dated kitchen and bathroom
* No air conditioning, but I believe that is coming.
* Prefer the keypad door entry system as opposed to the Outrigger card key. You have to pay the front desk an additional for the key cards.

Owners were easily accessible and answered questions promptly! The location was amazing, central and close to everything we needed. The local beach was exceptional and easy to get to. The use of the beach chairs and umbrella made our beach days so much more enjoyable. Owners are working on air conditioning so fingers crossed for next time.

Great little studio condo on Napili Beach! Plenty of room to relax and unwind. Loved the area on the beach and nearby towns. Easily walked to the market and restaurants.

Small, cozy studio unit. Comfortable for two, and while dated, it was fine for our needs - which included local snorkeling, poolside relaxation, central Napili location and great sunset views (a short walk to the beach over look). Extremely convenient to the Gazebo restaurant!
Entire room was very outdated - the photos show it, but feels like a very outdated motel. Location is great - except you can’t get to the beach for the rest of 2022 easily.
Our condo was clean comfortable and had all we needed. This was our 7th stay at Napilli Shores. We especially enjoyed being near the upper pool and gardens. The condo patio is shaded from the afternoon sun, making lunch and dinners more enjoyable. The nearby barbecues made it easy to cook our meals.
We were pleasantly surprised our condo was furnished with beach toys, chairs, and umbrella; we enjoyed the beach daily.
Pros: location, parking, towels, 2 beach chairs, fridge, fans, screen doors
Cons: No airconditioning and was so hot at night because we cannot leave our door open even though theres screen doors. People smoking in a non smoking facility and property management does not do anything about it even though reported. Spatulas melt while cooking, pots and pans need to be updated. Condo is dated with old musty smell everytime you walk in the door.

This location can’t be beat! The pools were great, and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The restaurant/ tiki bar on location had such good happy hour deals as well. I just recommend renting your own snorkel gear because the stuff in the rental is a little dated/ not all working. We saw turtles every day from the property and the snorkeling right off the tide pools was beautiful. Highly recommend this location!

We had a wonderful trip. The accommodation was perfect, loved eating outside on the patio. Great location, enjoyed walking to the beaches nearby! Would definitely rent this unit again! Thanks
The studio was clean and the property has great amenities and location. I stayed solo (friends were staying nearby) and had a wonderful time. Napili is fantastic! The Tiki Bar has good drinks too and the pool is steps from the room.
Napili Shores is a great place to stay! Our unit was a lower unit conveniently located right across from the upper pool.
The patio is shady most of the day.
The breeze flows nicely between the open screened front door and the open screened back door, eliminating the need for an air conditioner.
We felt it was a little under stocked for amenities, but when we said something, that was promptly remedied.
Ed and Laura are great hosts and I would rent this unit again.

Loved this property! Condo was nice & clean, lots of beach stuff (towels, chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear) and lots of kitchen cookware, storage & spices. The owner is really nice & is easy to reach. Outdoor patio was nice, esp. to look at tropical foliage and watch/hear the birds. We ate out there every meal and played board games there at night. The thick cement walls between patios ensures peace and quiet. Property is beautifully kept up with newer barbecues. Saw whales from lower pool area where we played board games & watched the sunset (after pool & sun time of course). Wish pools had been a bit warmer, but they were just fine for my Portland, OR relatives. I thought we were going to be a bit of a walk to Napili Bay but it was right next door! Turtles came in by the rocks which was amazing to see. Body surfing up the beach was great fun with my gran-niece. Waves were up due to a storm passing through, which was not typical to the usually calm bay. Snorkeling, usually great here, was also affected by storm. I did see a lot of different fish, but not a ton like I usually do. Still, Napili Bay is my favorite on Maui and is especially good for kids. My first time there was when my cousin and I were 13. We had a great time! The place was perfect for my husband and I. We walked to the beach a few times and it was fairly close to all the places we wanted to go.
The place was clean. There were a few ants but we didn’t have food around so it wasn’t a problem for us.
I would have liked access to beach/pool towels as those were not provided so we had to go out to buy some. The bed was comfortable. A couple of the fans did not work within the room but we managed. The beach chairs and boogie boards were perfect.
The owners were very communicative prior to visit.
