The house and property were great. There was enough space for 10 of us. The kids loved the pool. The only drawback was the house had no AC and it was very humid. We would be back if the house had AC. But if you can live with humidity this is the place for you. Fully equipped, paddle boards & sand toys. Plenty of beach chairs & umbrellas, even a cooler. Plenty of towels! And 2 refrigerators!! And very close to shops & market. A short drive to beautiful beaches. It was a great vacation.
Property location was perfect! Walking distance to shopping, groceries and short drive to Hanalei and the neighborhood peaceful and gorgeous. Night market on Sunday was fun. The property itself was perfect for a family and there were abundant beach towels and chairs so didn’t need to rent. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed to prepare family dinners. Having a pool to ourselves was a luxury Communication with property management was great
Enjoyed the property but did have a communication issue related to it. Was told there was outside access on the level where kitchen and living areas are. That was not the case. These areas are on the second floor and can only be accessed by stairs. This was an issue since we had people with mobility issues. So beware. Also, there was an issue with the pool on arrival. But I commend the pool guy, who got on it quickly and resolved it within a couple of days. Otherwise we enjoyed the property and would stay again. We had an amazing time in Princeville. We were there for a 70th Birthday and had ages ranging from 1 year to 70 years. The house is great and has just about everything you need for a wonderful Hawaii vacation. There is NO Air Conditioning in this house. If you are traveling with little kids who have specific needs (like ours sleep in "slumber pods" that get hot) then you need AC. If you are willing to leave all the windows and doors open at night, then the trade winds are enough to cool you down. Other then the AC "issue" this is a wonderful place, close to all the excitement and FUN FUN FUN for the whole family. oh, the pool i s not heated, but it was not needed during our stay as it remained around 78degrees or about the same as the ocean... so it felt.
I stayed here with 12 members for my family ages 6months to 74 and we had the absolute best time! The house is beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Having a pool was great to come home to after all our many excursions and the location was close to stores, shops, restaurants and the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

We had 7 family members vacationing in Kauai and we chose this rental because of the location, accommodations, and it's proximity to beaches. We totally enjoyed the stay at this rental and would recommend this spot to all.
The property is a great place for a large group to have plenty of space to spread out and engage in various activities. It is stocked with just about every kitchen appliance and utensils one might need. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, exercise studios was a plus. The staff was quite responsive to any concerns that came up. I would suggest trying out the heater for the jacuzzi as soon as you can, to make sure it is in working order from the beginning of your stay. The driveway is difficult to negotiate, however with practice & patience we got the hang of it. All 8 family members had a wonderful experience staying in this home.
As new empty nesters (one daughter in college and two sons in the military) we knew that everyone was going to be traveling from somewhere to make it home for Christmas. The family voted and decided that since we would all be traveling anyway we might as well make it nice. With girlfriends and spouses we had a total of eight in our family and needed at least 5 bedrooms. This starts limiting our options. Doing a little research I came across Nalani Palms. Folks, this is a magnificent property. It had the 5 bedrooms we needed (all very large) and two separate living areas. It had a very well equipped and large kitchen, two washing machines and two dryers. there are only two televisions (none in the bedrooms) but after the first day none of us really missed it. The pool, hot tub and BBQ all worked and were well used. In the garage there was plenty of beach gear including surf boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, two ice chests and toys for the kids. Really, everything you need for a day at the beach. The house itself sits in the Princeville Resort (North Shore) just minutes from numerous beaches and the Princeville Makai golf club (I also highly recommend). Side note, the conditions at the beaches can vary from day to day or even hour to hour based on the weather conditions. If the surf is rough at one beach you may have better luck at another beach close by. They do fill up early though. Back to the property. Check in was super easy. 5 stars. Can't recommend highly enough.

Beautiful home with above and beyond amenities...like keurig AND drip, tea warmer, ceiling fans in every room as well as portable fans. Two washer dryer units... and more. The house was spotless, well maintained. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet (except for the roosters crowing every morning, (which we loved)! A great advantage was that we were within walking distance of a grocery store, which we took advantage of numerous times. We would definitely use this house again.

Had a wonderful time, house was beautiful, loved the pool and spa. Plenty of room for all. Property management was quick to respond to anytime I had a question or something needed taken care of. Would definitely stay there again.

The home has a wonderful pool and while it isn't heated, the Kauai weather always keeps it warm enough. The layout of the house was fabulous for a family of 10. The kitchen has everything needed. It was wonderful to have coffee waiting for us. It was also fun to have pool and beach toys as well as beach towels.
We did have a couple of issues. Sand flees were prevalent and the sheets and comforter cover in one bedroom were not clean upon arrival.

Great location, house was clean with lots of amenities. Very comfortable for a family of 10. No yard but we didn’t need a yard. Appreciated the beach chairs. Left for boogie boards. No air conditioning did not bother us. Hot tub was perfect. Our only complaint was the pool was cold. Hardly used at all because it was too cold to stay in. Although, It’s close to many beaches to snorkel and boogie board. Thank you for a great Kauai vacation!
