We had a great stay at Na Hale! Shawn was very helpful w our questions and the pool was great. We had a 7 month old who enjoyed it and we utilized the pack and play-looking forward to our next trip!
This was a fantastic location and rental. The condo was everything we wanted and needed. The host was very quick to help when needed. We will visit again.

This was listed as sleeping 8 but there were only beds for 6. The air mattress was for the other two. Air mattress didn’t hold air but the property manager had us buy a new one and reimbursed us. Location was great. Right next to one of the best snorkeling spots we’ve been to. As others have noted, doing all the laundry the morning you leave is not practical especially when you have bedding for 5 beds to wash. I think we would have had to get up at 4:00 to get it all done.
Condo worked great for our family of 5 while here for my Uncles celebration of life. Located near shopping, beaches and harbor, plenty of amenities within walking distance, which is what we did every morning. Nice pool and spa, workout facility on site. Will be back again!
Location and condo area very convenient. Comfortable space. We opted to pay add'l fee for A/C via Venmo (outside of VRBO); unfortunately the thermostat decided to act up. Kitchen had everything you need including those needed last minute items (some spices, coffee emergency supplies). Had no problem with pool, neighbors, etc. Check-in was good, but we needed to turn on the water. Owner quickly responded to plumbing issues that cleaning folks should have picked up on. As stated by others, some dishes needed a rewash. Washing your own linens at the end of stay was a surprise that we learned about at check-in. Would have felt better if there were some bleach available for that. Grateful for the supply of large beach towels.
Our stay at Shawn’s property was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Shawn was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, making sure every detail was just right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience. We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals, but this one truly stands out. Highly recommend staying here—you won’t be disappointed!
A well located, nicely furnished and well-equipped property. Our family of 6 had a great time, exploring the island, swimming, snorkeling within walking distance and enjoying the sunsets from the lanai. Having the well-stocked shopping center close by helped.
The location of this property was great. A very quiet neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the well -kept pool area. It was very handy to the grocery store and the mall had most all of the conveniences that you would need. The townhouse had a few things that needed fixed. The toilet downstairs needed a new flapper installed so that it wouldn't run non-stop but the owner said he would get it fixed. The main TV downstairs has issues which we informed the owner of. But other than that it was a great place to rest and relax.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. We were a family group of 7 (kids aged 5yr-teen) and found the space excellent for our wants. Pictures are accurate to the space. They had switched out the dining room table for a larger one, which was much better for our family. During daylight, we much preferred the spacious outdoor ground-level lanai for relaxing (not shown). Garage was not available for our stay. Our girls loved the pool. The HOA requires quiet after 8:30pm so the evenings were quiet almost every night. Parking was easily available at all hours. Some beach gear (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, pool noodles) were available to use.Things to note:It doesn't have much space to hang towels to dry. We ended up using the dryer for the pool towels but hung our beach towels on the backs of the ground level lanai chairs as i didn't want sand transfering to clean clothes in the dryer.There are beds for 6 but they have a blowup queen mattress that fits in the master bedroom or in the main room downstairs. They were able to provide a twin foldaway to accommodate our 5th kid in room#3.If you have a larger group, be prepared to do a bit of laundry before you check out. The washing machine is fast and effective though. It wasn't a hassle.We had trouble with the lockbox during checkout. That said, the owners responded quickly by phone and text to work out an alternative solution.

Fantastic Hawaiian Sunset View.The property manager was easy and responsive to any questions we had. The property was very close to the Pool. The atmosphere was very relaxing.
Clean, updated space with great sunset views in the evening. Great location and lots of amenities. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay while in Kona.
Location & townhouse were both great & as advertised. We had one small snag with accessing the townhouse due to code & some outlets weren’t working. Owner/agent was very responsive and issues were very quickly resolved. Would definitely stay here again!!! Beds very comfortable. AC is an extra fee. Overall awesome!!
Very well-maintained, clean, quiet. Close to the grocery store and restaurants beautiful beaches. We will be back. 🙏🌺

This was our 3rd time in Kona. This property exceeded our expectations. Lots of room for a family of five adults. Our favorites-the fully equipped kitchen, our private lanai, upstairs, and downstairs with a grill provided downstairs for multiple meals throughout our stay. It’s quiet ( the sounds you will hear ? birds, the cooling breeze and ocean waves) yet very convenient with a shopping center ,grocery store 2 minutes away and multiple restaurants all with ocean views.Excellent location! With unobstructed Sunset views from the second floor lanai. and the best pool/spa we have had at any location.
The customer service Shawn provided was the best. He has the perfect balance between concern for our experience and just letting us relax and enjoy the property.
