This home had everything we needed! A well equipped kitchen, each room had an attached bathroom. There were boogie boards , plenty of beach towels and coolers. We used the barbecue on the patio. Master suite has an ocean view. The host greeted us right of way and said let us know if you need anything. Great location, I highly recommend this property!
Excellent property. Well equipped kitchen, bbq, all the necessary things you need to prepare meals. Close to grocery store, not too far from downtown Kona. A lot of extra items for use like beach towels, flippers, bikes, beach chairs and umbrella. Comfortable beds! So nice to be able to say that! I’ve stayed at places where it hurts my hips and back, but not here, the bed was so comfortable! Definitely would stay here again.
The VRBO was cool. Very roomy. It was a little irritating that we. Ran out of toilet paper and that we were expected to steip all bedding and start laundry before we left. We had to pay a 250 cleaning fee, but were expected to start the laundry. The place was cool and the pool was great. The location was very convenient to get where we needed to get.
We loved our recent stay at this unit. It was really big and roomy to accommodate our group. It wasn't as clean we as would've liked when we arrived, but I think there was some issues with the cleaning crew that morning. No bugs in the unit even with two toddlers constantly dropping food on the floor, which is huge if you know anything about Hawaii condos. The unit was well stocked with lots of kitchen stuff, cleaning supplies, laundry & dishwasher detergent, beach towels, pack and play, highchair, even some diapers leftover from prior guests.The complex itself is really nice and new, the pool set up would be better if there were more loungers but regardless we always found a place to sit. The whole area seemed really quiet while we were there (Feb 2025). I'd definitely stay in this unit again!
This was our first trip to Hawaii and was not sure on the best area to stay. I am so glad we rented this property as it was in a great location. We did rent a car for the week and there was plenty of parking. The place was very clean, provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and both my teenage kids were able to get their own room with attached bathrooms, that was a bonus. We ate breakfast at the rental each day and it had everything we needed for cooking. There is a nice size grocery store near by in a shopping center that will have everything you need including adult beverages. The entire property was nice and quiet and this rental is close to the pool. I highly recommend and would stay there again. As far as driving to near by locations, it's a 3 min drive to the closest beach with great snorkeling. We saw sea turtles and colorful fish. Further down the road is a small sand beach that is great for boogie boarding and surf lessons. Then about a 1/2 hour drive there is a larger sand beach for swimming and boogie boarding. My recommendation is to purchase a boogie board that has a band attached to it because if the waves are big then the boogie boards on the property may not be the best choice as they don't have attached bands, but they are great for small waves! The property had all the beach necessities including chairs, beach pads, and umbrella. There are some beach toys for small kids.

The condo is great. Everything you could require is there, from cooking items, pool and beach paraphernalia (chairs, plenty of towels, coolers, goggles) to a kettle (we’re British and need our tea!) The location is great. Walkable to the local store and lots of restaurants. Sunset bar was great and also walkable. The beach is 5-10 mins away and downtown Kona is a lovely little drive up the road, along the coast. We loved the patio and having access to the bbq/grill. When the gas ran out, the property manager quickly responded and replaced it within 15 mins for us.
The house was clean, perfect for a family or friends. The pool was lovely and easy for us to get a lounger. The complex is quiet/peaceful and very well maintained. The property is a credit to the hosts. You won’t be disappointed.
We were here for Ironman world championship. Great location , quiet , clean .
Very nice property, quiet enjoyable. Nice pool, hot tub. 5 minutes from beach, 10 minutes from down town. Close by food shopping.
This property is beautiful and central! We loved our stay at this gorgeous home, cannot wait to go back!!!
