A great experience and our second time staying within this complex. It's wonderful and quiet!
Check-in was nonexistent; there was never any interaction with a person. Welcomes, instructions, everything was done by email. The living spaces were nice, although the bedding was not great. Stains on the sheets and comforter thin and noisy in the master bedroom. Also, the kitchen could use attention. The top shelf of the dishwasher was broken; printed labels on stovetop knobs peeling off; pans and cutlery old and rusty. The microscopic ants and gnats were a nuisance. Overall, our stay was fine, but we were expecting a bit more.
This was a beautiful property with gorgeous views. The rooms were perfect for our family and it was so nice having three bathrooms. This location was close to where our son was attending school and just minutes from restaurants, shopping and the ocean.We enjoyed every minute of our stay here.
We enjoyed our stay in this modern and peaceful tropical condo! Large, modern and nicely furnished, it made for a comfortable stay for our family group of 4 adults and 2 children. Three ensuite bedrooms and bathrooms were great and the views of tropical landscape out to a distant ocean view were lovely.
The manager was diligent in trying to address our minor issues of no sofa bed linens and small ant incursions in the bathroom. Towels were plentiful but need replacing.The kitchen was well- supplied and we appreciated the beach chairs and the large pile of other beach equipment in the garage.Parking was ample and within steps of the entrance.
We had a wonderful time at the townhome. We had plenty of room for the 8 of us and appreciated all the amenities of the property. The pool was such a hit with the kids! A couple things could be improved: the ants were horrible despite following instructions to remove trash daily and keep counter clean, and there were not enough trash bags and dishwashing detergent for the length of our stay. Spraying for ants and providing trash bags and dishwashing detergent for the amount of nights guests are staying would have made our stay more comfortable, although we still had an absolutely wonderful time. By the way: the beach toys, coolers, and beach chairs in the garage were AWESOME to use. What a pleasant surprise! Mahalo for letting us stay at this stunning property on our favorite island
The buildings are secure and look nice.
The inside was ok nothing special and could use some updating.
The small porch had a nice view but had an oversized table and only 3 chairs and a lounger. Evern if there were more chairs it would have been difficult to get them around the table as the space was too small.
There were bird droppings on the table and chairs and on the porch floor.
The sliding screen door was very noisy in need of lubrication.
The grill was in poor condition.
There were very tiny ants in different rooms. Maintenance did bring ant traps this was not effective.
The toilet for the twin bedroom had an issue with the flapper in the tank running through.
The big issue was with the clothes dryer not working. We notified the office and maintenance did reset the dryer but after 1 load it had an issue of shutting off after 6 minutes.
The beds were not very comfortable especially the sleeper couch.
Hawaii was great, the location was good. The unit was not as pictured on the internet. Disappointing.
I am feeling like this review should be posted on other travel sites so someone looking at the facility will know what they're getting into.
Overall the space was great and well advertised. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Safe and quiet community. The townhouse was great for our needs. Kitchen was well stocked. Only issue was the laundry dryer did not work, kept coming up with an error code. We reached out immediately, got a response to reset the breaker. We did this and the same problem. We reached out again and didn’t hear back at all. This was both disappointing and inconvenient trying to air dry clothes, towels etc.
The condo is absolutely beautiful! I would definitely stay there again.

Cons:
Dryer does not work. Took hours (multiple cycles)to dry 1 very sm load of laundry. So we couldn't raje advantage of doing laundry during our week stay.
Kitchen knives extremely dull
Ant issue despite leaving Kitchen counters wiped down and all food put away.
Ants in bedrooms. ( there were ant/bug traps all over condo, so they know its an issue)
Pull out couch mattress very uncomfortable.
Lack of blankets
The pros definitely outweigh the cons. If you are considering staying here; DO IT!! You will not regret it.
This unit is well stocked with beach gear and amenities. We found the property management company to be slow to reply and inflexible with requests.
We enjoyed Kona. The house was in a great location as well. Perfect vacation. Little things could have been different but overall great.
Overall it was a great place, location was amazing!
The only down side was that there were a lot of little bugs and the grill did not work well.. however it’s a great place!
