Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There is a hairdryer in each bathroom
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in open parking spaces in the complex. One additional car allowed on a first come, first serve basis. Maximum of two cars allowed at any time. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.

Hot Tub: Community hot tub
Gym or Fitness Room: Yes
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.

Na Hale O Keauhou is a beautiful and well maintained gated condominium community in the Keauhou Area of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located south of Kailua-Kona town on the ocean in the heart of Keauhou. The Keauhou Shopping center with grocery shopping and restaurant nearby.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

The property was in a great location, close to all the activities we had planned for.
There were a couple things that might be brought to the owners attention.
Upstairs master toilet plugs constantly. The bed frames in the twin room were wobbly and we moved the frames into the closet. The barbecue door when in the closed position constantly tried to ignit. Nothing horrible just FYI.

We found the accomodation to be very spacious and perfect for our group of five. The location within walking distance to the shopping centre was really convenient. The air conditioning made our stay particularly comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We were very pleased with this vacation rental and would recommend it to others without hesitation looking for a place to stay for their vacation on the Big Island. Beach gear provided was very useful. There were ample beach towels, 2 boogie boards, 6 beach chairs, Beach umbrella, flotation noodles and a cooler. All appliances worked fine as well as the air conditioning. Plenty of cookware, plates, glasses, and silverware. Overall a very nice place to stay and enjoy the Big Island.

This was a great place to stay, the Beaches were very easy to walk to and the nearby shopping center allowed for quick visits for our needs!

Only issue was small toilet tank part needed replacement and backup water drainage in one shower. Management was quick to reply and address toilet issue but did not address shower drainage. Overall all other aspects of the condo was great.
