Me and my husband absolutely loved staying here! The condo is very spacious. We especially loved the lanai with the gorgeous mountain views! The condo is equipped with snorkel gear and beach chairs too. Great location with a 15 minute walk to SeaLodge Beach and less than 5 minute drive to the grocery store. Would absolutely stay here again. Mahalo Bill!
Really enjoyed staying at Bill’s place! The location is perfect for exploring the north shore. Spent many mornings and evenings on the lanai enjoying the great mountain and partial ocean views. Studio was exceptionally clean and well equipped to make simple meals and the cooler, beach chairs etc is a nice bonus. The detailed instructions are very helpful for arrival/parking. Looking forward to a return visit here soon!
The unit was wonderful! It is clean and is fully equipped. It's nice to be able to cook with the kitchen equipments available. The view of the mountains are great and you can see the sea from the bed and watch the sunset while resting. I also enjoyed sitting in the lanai after a long day. The best grocery store in the island - Foodland is right down the road. It is also a short drive to some restaurants in Princeville and some of the best beaches in the North Shore - Hanalei Bay and Hideaways. Bill was very responsive and the check in and out was easy. We highly recommend this place in Princeville.
We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was even more spacious than we expected, which made it extra comfortable for us. It was easy to find and get to, and the view of the mountains from the property was just stunning—pictures don’t do it justice. One of the best parts was how close it was to a beautiful, secluded beach that’s just a short hike away. It felt like a hidden gem. And having air conditioning was such a bonus after spending the day in the sun. Highly recommend—would definitely stay here again!

This studio was perfect and had everything we needed. It was so much cleaner than a hotel room. You can tell that it is cared for by the details. The bed was comfortable. We are used to a California king and were a little concerned about sleeping in a queen, but it was not an issue. Having coffee every morning on the patio and waiting for the rainbow to appear was a great start to each day. Bill was a great host. Responsive and helpful. We had a small hiccup with the tv and it was replaced the next day. The condo is stocked with thoughtful items like motion sickness medication. Just above and beyond. We look forward to coming back and staying here again. Wonderful choice! Great trip!

We had a fantastic time at Bill’s place in Princeville. The views of the Napali Coast in the morning couldn’t be beat and we loved the place itself, especially the top tier shower and bathroom!
We absolutely loved our cozy mountain view stay on Kauai! Listening to the surf throughout the night, coffee on the deck every morning while the island was awakening, watching waterfalls on the mountains after a rainfall in the night, it just doesn’t get any better! Besides the lovely accommodations, Bill was so helpful with directions and suggestions when I asked for tips on the local scene! And we really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards! We had a wonderful time at the beach!
Also, our daughter stayed with us and she was very pleasantly surprised at the comfiness of the pullout sleeper. she said the incredibly comfortable foam mattress topper provided was amazing.
We were so happy with the Princeville location too! Loved the local walking paths and beaches, hiking and fabulous cuisine nearby!

The Mountain condo was an amazing VRBO stay - simply stunning views from the balcony and a perfect location for Kauai North Shore / NaPoli / Hanalei activities and food destinations. The airport and Kapaa are an easy 30-40 min drive; and PoiPu, Waimea, and the west shore destinations are only an hour and change drive. The condo itself is a very large studio, with an enormous bathroom and shower - even prettier than the photos online. There are ample closets and storage for clothes and toiletries. The beds were super comfy (we used the sleeper sofa as well, and it has an extra memory foam mattress). The kitchen is cute, small and simple, but truly outfitted with everything you’d need to cook, and there is an outdoor grill available! The whole place is full of light - nice fan and air conditioned if needed. The best? The hosts!! Bill was super responsive, and he and Cathy have made available beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkel gear, and recommendations for days. We’ll need to come back just to take it all in! This was not our first visit to Kauai, but it was our best so far. I will especially remember my morning coffee watching the sun come up from the balcony.3 Thank you Bill and Cathy!

Our stay far exceeded our expectations, from arrival to departure. The condo was immaculate and perfectly equipped. The views are much better than you can tell from online photos, with mountains and ocean easily visible from a comfortable spot on the balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in Princeville! The room was clean and perfect for our little paradise getaway. A beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony and nice that the room included beach chairs, beach towels and snorkeling gear for us to enjoy.
Shares a main entrance and staircase with one other room/apartment and then you have your own locked door to the studio. Quiet area and some nice restaurants in nearby Hanalei.
The host was very responsive and kind.
We had such a great stay at this property! We were able to enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the patio, as you could see the ocean around the right side.
The property description was spot on, including all the amenities that were included! We appreciated the snorkeling gear, and also that we could walk to Sea Lodge Beach, though get ready for a steep downhill trail to get there! The AC worked well, the shower was great, and the kitchen had everything you need.
The bed is quite firm, but we slept well.. Just woke up early with the roosters!
Bill was incredibly communicative and helpful with recommendations he sent beforehand.

Spend 2 weeks at the studio, has everything we needed, large studio, large deck, clean, quiet, would rate higher if we could. Thx Bill, wish we could stay longer.
Great stay for our first time in Hawaii! The host, Bill, answered is right away with any questions we had. He also provided us with a list of restaurants, must do activities, beaches etc to help us plan our stay.
The condo was very clean. They have pest control come around so there’s extra assurance the room will be critter free.
There beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers and more which we found super convenient.
Great, quiet location in the middle of everything you’d want to see in the North Shore. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
It was in a beautiful area! Quiet. Lots of amenities. We appreciated the beach gear, mountain views, large TV. The North Shore was away from the hussle and bussle on the island. Sealodge Beach was a fun trek and so very peaceful! Anini Beach was close and quite a gem in itself! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning our next trip back to the island.
