Wonderful stay! The property was so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the beach and the pool and the proximity to a grocery store. We loved it and hope to return!
Absolutely lovely place!! Plenty of space, kid-friendly, quiet. I can tell that the owner put a lot of thought into making this home comfortable. Well-organized, well-designed and I appreciated the clear communications and the notebook that was available about what to see and do as well as how to operate any amenities in and near the place. The community pool was close by and we enjoyed the access to the Beach Club. Nothing was lacking. The house was well-stocked with paper products, kitchenware, and entertainment for all ages. I would love to come back! We had a fantastic time here! Mahalo!!
We had 4 adults and 2 small children and plenty of space. Condo is fully stocked and in a great, central location between two 5 star hotels. Very walkable, grocery store only 1/2 mile away. The interior definitely needs a refresh, especially the bathrooms and linens.
This is an excellent place for multiple generations to stay. Our family had a wonderful time being together. The kids found games to amuse themselves with and the adults found great spaces for themselves. Two floors meant the generations could separate and find a bit of private space too. The beach club was a bit far away but still very accessible with a car and perfect for families wanting a safe beach experience even when the surf was realtively high. The pool was great for all of us too.
The place is clean and well stocked. The owner is great with communication.
The Fairway condo 1702 was delightful. It was great having three bedrooms so each kid could have their own bedroom upstairs, while us parents could have a quieter bedroom downstairs. Kitchen was well supplied, and I utilized the grill on the lanai for barbecuing the famous Parker Ranch ribeyes. TV in the living room was great and had access to all the streaming channels.
Our stay was perfect.

We celebrated a 60th birthday while there. The property was well stocked, spacious and perfectly located near the beach & shopping. We loved the beach club for swimming & snorkeling. The club staff were excellent and the bar staff attentive & fun. We would recommend this unit and location to friends.

This was an amazing property in the Mauna Lani area of Kona. The property manager was incredibly accommodating for all of our needs, and the property itself was immaculate and in a great location close to the beach and surrounded by great places to eat. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We would come back hear in a heartbeat!
