This is the third time we have rented in the Mauna Lani Golf Villas. Love having access to the private beach and the overall feel of this community. Quiet, safe and well maintained common areas
Light, clean condo with great kitchen that is well supplied and comfortable furniture. View is of lava, golf course, and has lovely sunsets, but not ocean. Kona VR is great to work with, helpful, clear instructions, immediately responds to questions regardless of how stupid (lol i didn't know how to use remote). Condo has wonderful pool, Jacuzzi, and beach gear. Would definitely stay here again. Favorite beach is Hapuna. Nice farmers markets. Groceries are less at Waikoloa Village up the hill. Wish it wasn't so darn expensive. In 5 years, these and other condos have doubled in price. We can no longer make every 3 years trips, unless we scale way down. But, we had a wonderful meeting-anniversary trip.
Everything in this 2 story condo was excellent. It is modern/new, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The pool/gym are not crowded and it's an easy drive to the Mauna Lani beach club. The outdoor grille is a nice touch too.
Another beautiful stay at golf villas in this exact condo. So clean and wonderful! There wasn’t anything the condo didn’t have that we needed. The grill is terrific and the view never gets old. I love waking up with the birds while drinking coffee on the lanai. Mahalo!

The property was clan and well appointed. The layout of the rooms allowed for privacy while the kitchen, dining area and lanai were comfortable and allowed space for everyone!
We hope to return to Hawaii again soon and hope to stay in the same property!
Everything went smoothly. Clean and updated condo in xlnt condition. Very good communication with property manager. There is a full flight of stairs to get to the front door so be conscious of that. Beach club access is a real bonus. Will happily rebook next time I’m visiting the Big Island.
The property was beautiful and very close to Beach 49 and the Beach Club. Really enjoyed our stay here! It was a quiet neighborhood with a lovely pool my kids enjoyed as well. The property management company was very responsive and helpful in booking adventures while we were there. We stayed for two weeks and would definitely stay here again!
We loved this villa. We had 2 couples but easily would fit 6 very comfortably. We loved having the upstairs loft for those that got up early. It was so clean, and well stocked. Only thing we would have liked was a cooler to use for the beach, but not a huge deal.
Beds were very comfortable as well.
The property was perfect for our family of four. Clean and updated in a great location. The only issue we had was there were not a ton of food choices nearby so plan for that but that had nothing to do with the unit.
Our family ranked this as our “best ever” VRBO stay! The condo was perfect and even better than the description. Kona Coast did an amazing job! Thank you!!
