At the heart of the offering is a highly sought-after Premier 3BR Oceanview residence, ideally positioned just one stack back from oceanfront and appointed with travertine flooring, top-of-the-line appliances, and modern furnishings for an unmistakably elevated feel. Paired with a 2BR oceanview suite next door and an oversized 1BR oceanview suite just across the hall, each residence offers its own private lanai and unique vantage point. Expansive interiors flow seamlessly outdoors, creating multiple spaces to relax, dine, and take in Maui’s breathtaking scenery.

Each residence features a modern, fully equipped kitchen designed to elevate every meal, with premium Viking and Bosch appliances, granite countertops, and a Vitamix blender for your culinary creations. The three-bedroom residence also includes a built-in professional wine cooler to keep your selections perfectly chilled.

Together, the suites can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests, with a king-size bed in each bedroom and a queen-size convertible sofa sleeper in all three living areas. For added flexibility, the king bed in two of the guest bedrooms can be split into two XL twin-size beds upon request at no additional charge.
