Amazing beautiful spot with distant view of ocean! We so enjoyed this home away from home
Our stay was excellent! Very easy check-in and the house was appointed with everything one could need. We enjoyed preparing food in the well-appointed kitchen and sitting outside soaking in the views. Everything about the house exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to return!
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful rental! The space was immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly accessible—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It offered the perfect balance of serenity and comfort, with stunning surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere. The hosts were so accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and care that went into every part of the experience. Brigitte and Dave had the place ready for us when we arrived and it had everything we needed for our stay and then some. We appreciated the local coffee, fruit and other snacks that were left out for us as welcome gifts. Our two young daughters had a great time playing in the yard while we readied each day for our adventures to Haleakala and the Hana Highway, which this location is perfect as a base station for both destinations. Dave stopped by and gave us some tips for our Hana Highway adventure. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay.
Loved the stay here. Was for our honeymoon and was great. The hosts were fantastic and helped with suggestions for places to go on the island, timing of reservations, etc. Could not have asked for a better place to stay and the views were AMAZING!!!

We love this property! Our standards are high when it comes to cleanliness and updated finishes/fixtures and linens. It’s quiet and private. Brigitte and Dave are great and were extremely welcoming and helpful with questions or recommendations for our Maui stay. Many properties just don’t match what this cottage has to offer. Quality is top notch in our view. Second visit and we would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks Dave and Brigitte!!
This is our third visit to this lovely cottage. If you want serenity and comfort while enjoying the North shore you can’t beat this beautiful place. The hosts are lovely and the cottage is wonderfully equipped with everything you need for a great stay.
Our stay was fantastic at the bread and breakfast! The property and views were stunning! There was so much information for us about the surrounding area when we arrived and the service and bungalow were top notch! Perfect for a couple or family! We would definitely stay again!
Our hosts, Brigitte & Dave were extremely welcoming. The property exceeded our expectations in many ways:
1. The neighborhood was very peaceful, and quiet.
2. The multiple local trees, flowers, and well maintained lawn provided a garden-like feel to our stay. The partial view of the Pacific Ocean was the icing on the cake!
3. The cottage itself had everything and more, that we needed to facilitate our stay.

Super clean, thoughtful touches. Quiet and private, great view. Only would have liked a living room sofa, there were only two small rattan chairs so no useful living room. But other than that a lovely stay. Nice bed and bedding.
We felt very comfortable in this tastefully and high quality furnished vacation home. Nothing was missing. We were also pleased with the personal welcome and the many useful tips in the house. We would book again at any time.
The owners of this beautiful cottage take great pride and lengths to make your stay comfortable. The views are amazing, the cleanliness is a 10+, and has all the amenities one could need. The welcoming basket of fresh fruit, nuts, and coffee is over the top! I can’t wait to return.
North Shore Ocean View was the perfect getaway. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful. The home was very clean and well stocked with anything you may need or or have forgotten, including first aid supplies, sunscreen and beach gear. Brigitte & Dave were very friendly and welcoming. They were available to answer any questions and give recommendations on local attractions and food. When we were at the house, we spent a lot of time on the two lanais that overlooked the ocean and scenic backyard. We will definitely stay again if we have the chance and recommend to friends!

This is a beautiful house, the property and the view are fantastic. The hosts were extremely nice, helpful, and considerate. The property is very well-appointed, especially in the kitchen. The location is convenient to shopping, including grocery, within a 10-15 minute drive. It is also a few blocks to the Hana Highway. Our stay couldn't have been any better!

This is a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. The house is pristinely clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need! The hosts are very accommodating and happy to help with suggestions for activities in the area. Highly recommended!
The best overall rental property we've stayed at while on vacation.
Cottage is completely separate from the hosts' home on site, with landscaping almost completely blocking the view between the cottage and the home.
Beautiful tropical surroundings. Distant view of the ocean. Sunrise colors can be seen from the master bed. Sunset can be seen (somewhat) through the treeline to the west while on the master patio. Quiet, serene, private, and off the grid. Outdoor shower was a big plus.
Cottage is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and well-equipped (and then some).
Very close to Road to Hana; restaurants in Paia or upcountry are within a convenient 10-15 minute drive.
Gives the feel of what it's like to live on Maui; a great base for exploring what Maui has to offer.
Gracious and communicative hosts. We enjoyed the bananas they hand-picked for us, and some other goodies they provided.
Only negative is that the cottage does not have air conditioning, as many homes in this part of Maui do not. The first night we got there, the cottage was unpleasantly hot, but after letting in the cool morning air the next day - and leaving the windows perpetually open for the rest of the week - it became tolerable, albeit still too warm for our tastes. (They do have ceiling fans and an extra table fan that were very helpful. Outdoor temps were in the mid 80's while we were there.)
