5 stars. Beautiful clean and spacious condo. Top notch property management company. The unit is very close to the pools. Gorgeous property. Air conditioning was such a luxury to have.
Only thing missing was blinds for the master bedroom. Everything else was great. Would love to comeback.
We enjoyed our stay at Monoaloha. The location was perfect for walking to the beach. The grounds were kept up nice and clean. The unit was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We never had to communicate with the office, so that means we had no issues . Definitely would go back.
We had such a wonderful stay at this condo at Poipu beach! Just a few minute walk to Brennecke and Poipu beaches. So convenient! We rented bikes and rode all around Poipu and Kōloa. Such a fun area! The condo had everything we needed for cooking and for the beach. Very comfortable and clean, and the property managers were very easy to reach if we had any questions. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay in Poipu at Manualoha. The unit was perfect, clean, spacious and close to the pool and beach. It was equipped with everything we needed (and some) - Thank you! Our stay did not disappoint even a little bit (besides having to leave). When we return to Kauai we would absolutely stay at Manualoha! We had such a lovely, breathtaking vacation in Kauai - the islands beauty is truly magical.
The condo was perfect for my family. The upstairs bedroom was secluded enough from the living area. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities to cook and eat for the week. The grounds are lovely and very close to both Brennecke’s beach for boogie boarding and Poipu Beach for snorkeling, swimming, and watching the turtles. There are two lovely pools, one-way with a view of the beach. Although we didn’t use them, there are barbecues as well. The apartment had a wagon, beach, chairs, and umbrella, pool noodles, a boogie board, and a cooler bag. you will need your own snorkel equipment. Are they even provided a Brita pitcher and an automatic icemaker so we didn’t have to buy bottled water.
This condo exceeded expectations. Very clean and very well stocked with necessities. The views and location can't be beat. I hope we can come back!

The home was perfect for our family. It was clean, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect: It's close to the tennis courts, a 5 min walk to the restaurant nearby, and a 5 min walk to Brennecke and Poipu beaches. Other restaurants are within walking distance as well. Being on the ground floor was also nice for the kids so they could run around. We would definitely stay again.
The property was just what we needed. It was in a very convenient location walk to the beach. Great views. There was also lots of space.

The condo was well stocked convenient to everything we wanted to do and super clean. The furnishings made it feel homey and the location and access to pools was perfect for our two kids ages six and nine. It came well stocked with equipment for the beach and pool as well, which we appreciated. The air conditioning was an added plus! We will definitely be back.

This condo has a perfect location and wonderful amenities. We were able to walk to Poi Pu beach and Shipwrecks beach daily to watch either the sunrise or the sunset. The condo had everything we needed. We loved the beach chairs, umbrella and wagon. The rental process was a breeze with Destination Kauai. We can't wait to come back.
Beautiful condo! Easy check in and check out processes. Well appointed with everything we needed during our stay, including beach gear! Loved having an in unit washer and dryer. Parking was no problem and the proximity to the beaches was nice! My only suggestion would be to add more portable AC units, as the 2 provided did not suffice to cool down the condo enough to sleep comfortably until the outside temps dropped overall in the middle of the night. Aside from this, we had a great stay and would return in the future!
The condo is beautiful and very modern. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. The property is gorgeous and we were just a one minute walk from the pools and tennis court. There is a restaurant on site as well. Poipu beach was easily walkable and had good waves for boogie boarding. It got a little warm in the afternoons since there is no AC in the living room, but I would stay here again for sure!
This unit was awesome, location was close by to shopping and restaurants. We arrived a little early (30 minutes) and they allowed us to check in early. The place was clean. When we arrived the place was a little hot, they had portable ACs going as well as the ceiling fans. Upstairs was a little bit hot and stuffy the first few days during our stay. One of the locals suggested opening the upstairs windows to let air in which we did and it was waaay better! The upstairs definitely cooled off and was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!
The location was the best part! A 5 min walk to the beach and it was nice and quiet. Our biggest complaint was that we chose this location because of the pickleball courts, but you have to pay to use them. This was not mentioned anywhere in the listing so that was frustrating. Also, they give you the bare minimum for toilet paper and paper towels so be prepared to buy more. The place was decently clean, but the sheets and a couple towels needed to be washed again. Luckily it had a washer and dryer. Also, the top room and living room were a little warm some days, so if you want good AC, this is not your place. They had a good amount of beach chairs and only one boogie board. The pool was nice with a good view of the ocean. Overall the location really made the place worth it.
We loved the location. So close to the beach you can walk. The area was quiet, but very warm and friendly. We liked how everything was supplied for the beach. The space was very roomy and up to date. Love the space and location.
Beautiful place. Loved the location to the beach and the setup of the condo. Only suggestion is to have a book that details where to find the pool, how to operate the TV, and nearby attractions. We took a key to the pool but it was the wrong one, or so we think. Overall our stay was excellent. Thank you!!
Condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. The downstairs ac cooled great. The upstairs one not as much tho. In my opinion there should be 2 upstairs but nighttime’s cooled down well

We are absolutely over the moon after spending a week here! It truly exceeded our expectations. The location is steps from the beach and the house provides chairs, a wagon, cooler, etc to make for easy beach days! We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Kauai.

Very pleasant complex, easy walk to turtle beach and Hawaii hot dogs and beach-front food and drinks. Lots of locals too on weekends, nice vibe.
