This property has everything you would need or wish for in a beachfront condo. The location is ON the beach. View speaks for itself…could literally vacation on the lanai.

The property is as advertised. Best view, excellent condition of property and the building in general was pleasant to stay in. Mana Kai has everything you would need - equipment rentals, general store and the location is perfect. A plus is the excellent snorkeling literally steps away.
Absolutely stunning views, beautiful spacious lanai. It was just what we were looking for with 2 separate bedroom and bathroom spaces. Would highly recommend you won’t be disappointed

The place is beautiful, The room was extremely hot when we entered and it took a very long time to cool down, better ac would of been 10 out of 10 master bath gets hot

If all we did was sit on the lanai, we still would have had an amazing experience! But even better, the beach and reef access at the Mana Kai Maui can't be beat. We loved it here. Favorites: morning beach walks all the way to Wailea and beautiful evening sunsets from the lawn. Though the facilities are older, this unit is nicely updated and well equipped.
This is our 4th time staying at the Mana Kai and we love it! The condo was exactly as described and has the best view in the building. Since it is the condo closest to the ocean, the second bedroom has an unobstructed view of the ocean (no walkway). The décor was lovely and updated. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. The view and island vibes were amazing! It was very clean and had lots of amenities. I rented the whole unit and wasn’t aware that there was two separate doors for A and B. This actually worked better for my trip as I came with another couple so it allowed privacy while also being together. I loved that it was right next to the beach and we could simply walk down and be there within a minute.
The best view I’ve ever picked on a hotel or VRBO. Both rooms had ocean views. Quiet and comfortable. Better than expected was the response our entire group felt. Looking to book again in the future.
The owner has done a remarkable renovation with incredibly modern detailing. Has to be seen to be appreciated. One small appliance issue was dealt with immediately with response from owner and on island maintenance. Will request this unit again if available.
We love the Mana Kai. This is our 3rd time staying. Swam with turtles off the beach and saw lots of whales from our balcony. Beautiful place to stay!
