Beautiful view! Location was fantastic, central to all areas. The condo was clean and separate rooms were great! We even saw turtles the balcony!
Beautiful and convenient location. We were able to travel to all of the other areas of the island with ease from here. The hot tub looking out into the bay was so nice. Wanted to give à five star but there were a few housekeeping issues. The glass doors were covered in fingerprints and the dishes had food on caked on. The speaker on the living room tv was blown out and we experienced some water backing up in the shower- likely from sand build up in the drain but was inconvenient.
I want to start out saying the view is wonderful & my family enjoyed their stay overall. We had difficulty gaining access to the Vrbo, partially my fault because my email was not working. I tried to contact the host call/messaging, but there was no answer until I called Vrbo customer service to which, after an hour, they connected me to another partner in Kauai which gave me an access key. She told me I also should have gotten a text as well with instructions, but i unfortunately did not & she was apologetic & sincere. The unit was very convenient, scenic & relaxing. Only issue was the air conditioning. There is only one little unit down stairs & it was a bit of an issue for us sleeping upstairs. It took almost two days to somewhat cool down up there, it stayed mainly warm majority of the time. The upstairs bed also had stains on the side of the covers, everything else seemed to be clean. We stayed a week & we were running low on paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper. I tried to communicate to the host to see if they had any extra, but no answer. We did end up just buying more. Overall, we did enjoy our stay & the views. I would say there should be more convenience with communication.
Beautiful property with a great location!! You’re only 20-30 minutes to locations like Paia and Kaanapali. The apartment was clean/updated, the beds were comfortable, the patio view was incredible (we saw whales and turtles while drinking our coffees!). Highly recommend and would book again!
The condo was very nice nicely stocked with everything you need. The only problem was it was not mentioned in the listing, and not mention by the rental agency that elevator was not working my wife has bad knees we were on the fourth floor. She has sustained more injury to her knees, going up and down the stairs I will be seeking compensation through my attorney since management would not return my calls or emails on this manner. coldwell Banker property management is just in for the money. They will be losing a lot of money now when I get done.

The view was amazing and it was wonderful hearing the waves at night. Condo was immaculate upon arrival and the kitchen is well-provisioned. It was nice being between Kihei and Lahaina and there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. We saw turtles and whales from the balcony (mid-March).
The couch and beds uncomfortable. The futon/frame was terrible. My 10yo son put the futon mattress on the floor. We ended up purchasing a twin memory foam from Walmart to put on top of the mattress.
It was quiet and peaceful at night.
Beautiful property that was all around amazing. The only issue we had was the rolling bags in the walkways and neighbors being loud getting in. Aside 5 stars!
This Maaleaa Banyons condo lived up to its description. It was a wonderful location on the island, and the unit and grounds were in perfect shape. We like to cook, and the kitchen had every amenity to make that easy. True, there is no beach right out front, but it was an easy walk to the park at the end of the road, with a lovely sandy beach, shady trees, and no waves to knock you over while trying to enjoy the water. And I did enjoy watching the turtles that congregate among the rocks in front of the condo. The only thing that disappointed was the outdoor dining table and chairs on the unit's lanai. They were uncomfortable to sit in, and because they sit up very high, it was difficult to get in and out of your chair.
The location to view the whales could not be any better. Other than sometimes the view was obstructed by the palm leaves 😜. We see whales daily.
The location is central to many things but a car is needed. The floors were a bit dusty and likely due to sand. It was bearable wearing slippers or socks. No big deal and not worth having the management redo it.
The unit was well stocked with all the necessarites for a great stay.
Airport flight path does go over area which is not an issue for us but for the noise sensitive might be an issue. We definitely would stay here again. Great value.
This place is a compact 2 bedroom that has an amazing view of the ocean and whales at play (in winter) as well as a view of the entire mountain of Haleakala right off the Lanai. Nice kitchen, nice bedrooms. Seating (one couch, no chairs - except for bar chairs and outside chairs), and dining not the best, but useable.
The location was nicely placed close to a nice beach and shops/restaurants and harbor. Saw turtles daily! Nice unit and timely communication with owners. Great space for 2 people as not set up for more than that regarding eating. Small kitchen and hallways made it challenging to prep meals and enter/exit unit with items in hand. Overall very nice!!
