The condo was well equipped ++ Comfortable beds ++ and Dawn was super responsive and helpful!

It was better than we expected. Usually there is some comment I can make about what could make the rental unit better, but here, there was absolutely nothing that could be improved on. The layout is great, huge lanai to enjoy the beautiful view and sunset colors. Comfy bed, AC, fans, everything you need to make any kind of meal. All the gear for going to the beach from cooler to chairs and new boogie board. I had no issues but had a couple of questions and the host was very quick to respond. It was a very peaceful and relaxing oasis in paradise and I hope that we can return to the island and this specific condo.
This condo was beautiful. Had everything we needed and everything was in great condition. Very clean and well maintained. Dawn was very helpful and quick to respond. The location was perfect for us, a 15 minute drive to the beach and the markets. We enjoyed being in a quiet complex. Looking forward to a return visit.
Drapes in living room for outdoor dining did not work and vent fan in guest bathroom was not working.
The condo it's self-did make up for these issues.

Great communication with owner. Everything is in the unit that you’ll need. Discount privileges at Waikola Village. We would stay there again and again.
Condo was very well setup. If you needed something it was there. Storage locker had all the outside toys we needed. Husband and son golfed at course right outside door. Had to contact Dawn a couple of times and she was quick to respond. Had a really enjoyable time.
We enjoyed our stay very much! Very well equipped kitchen and nice apartment.

It was the perfect place for our family of four - very clean and spacious.
Great place to stay to relax and enjoy the Big Island. Nice pool area and great golfing. A little far from the beach but lots of beach parks not far away. Owner was very helpful.
