Owner was quick to respond with questions. They shared tons of information about the area and things to do and places to see. Check in was a breeze, had the door code before we even got on the airplane to come to Kauai. The place was huge and perfect for the 11 guests we had in our party (6 adults and 5 kids) between 3 families. Grounds are absolutely amazing including the views from the 1st and second story. AC worked great and instructions for use were clear and conservative. They even had extra's like beach chairs and boogey boards and umbrella shade that were super nice to have on site. Made our stay that much better and absolutely would book this same place again and recommend to others.
This house had all the best amenities you could ask for on vacation, down to a container of rice for wet cell phones! We enjoyed our stay and Princeville. Good location for all things north and east! Thank you!

Stayed here with my family of 10 and everyone enjoyed the house, amenities, and location. We would rent it again.
The house is spacious and accommodated our large family vacation nicely. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and room to hang out as a group. While we really enjoyed our stay, the home was quite dirty and felt like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks - rings in the toilets and sinks, among other things. The house had so many nice things that helped us enjoy our stay, including a pack n play, a high chair, and decent kitchen equipment. Some of the kitchen appliances were broken or not working well, and 1-2 cooking staples were absent from the kitchen. The fans helped with the heat, but several of them were inoperable. Overall a great place with space and views, but could use some better upkeep and attention to detail.
We loved our stay in this house and appreciated quick responses from the owner and the manager! (Much better than some of the management companies we've dealt with.) The scenery from the good size windows is even more stunning than pictures can show. The house is spacious, even with a couple of rooms we used minimally (downstairs family room and office). The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Love the long kitchen table. One heads up. We have traveled to Hawaii yearly since 2007, and we are used to air conditioning and non-air conditioned. As a result we are used to toasty times in a rental. Even with the trade winds, the upstairs and 2 of the bedrooms are quite warm in the afternoon. All rooms, however, were very comfortable from evening to early afternoon. No problems sleeping! Morning and especially afternoon were good times to be out on the beach, touring, shopping and getting shave ice. :-) We loved being so close to Hanalei Bay and great shave ice!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed this large, beautiful home for our family of 10. (Grandparents, parents and toddlers). The rooms are all spacious and the amenities are terrific! Most anything we wanted was available here. The views of the bay, sky and foliage are stunning. The owner and property manager are helpful and gracious. Such a perfect place for our family to enjoy the north shore.

There was great open space for our group of 10 and the view from the upper floor was awesome! The hot tub was a hit! There were several lovely outdoor spaces to gather. We spent much of our time at the beautiful beaches close by while using chairs, bikes, water toys, etc. We would book again!

The property was perfect for our stay. The view was stunning and after an overnight rain storm, the mountain view was breathless. Waterfalls that weren't there the day before was a once in a lifetime picture. Perfect location for all of our activities. 100% recommend the area over anything on the west or south shores.
Everything about the house and location was great! We had last minute changes and planning due to the wildfires on Maui and was extremely satisfied how it all worked out. Keith was very responsive and gave some us great information and recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Two washers and dryers was amazing, and the house was well stocked. The only complaint was how hot it gets during the day. There is no air conditioning, and if you want to have a day hanging around the house you will be pretty warm. It did cool off at night, though, and we slept great.
