Great spot! You were on 30 minutes north or south of all the things! Gorgeous beach views and sunrise from our room too!!
Place looks just like the pictures! There is AC in the bedroom if you leave the door open, It will sort of cool off the living area as well, which was nice because it was a little warmer than usual the week we were here with a high humidity!I don’t think for the price you could beat the location or the amenities. Owner was always responsive and if we come back, we’d stay here again. Had some great amenities even beach chairs, which we didn’t need, but it’s great to see them there. Nice cooking pots and pans not the cheapies which also was a great touch.
Location, Location, Location and hands down, you can not beat this location and the spectacular view. This condo has everything you need and is tastefully decorated with a fully stocked kitchen. After booking, you are given wonderful resources about the area and best places to go for island activities. Luke is a good and responsive host!
Location, location, location!Complex is located just a quick stroll from the Coconut Marketplace. The grocery there has most things you need, and there are pre-packaged sandwiches to grab for the beach. If you want to do your own cooking, there's a Safeway Store across the road, which has everything. And BONUS, 2 of our favorite restaurants on the island are just past the Safeway: JO2, which has wonderful local food, is prepared by a skilled chef-owner, I believe. It is upscale dining, but if you go to Happy Hour, it's a real bargain, considering the quality of the food. (Don't miss the tempura green beans!)The other special dining spot is Aina Kauai, which is VERY fine dining, with special fare from another chef-owner. We like to sit at the counter, so we can speak with Chef Mitch, whose delicately-crafted Japanese menu is adventurous and exotic-- and everything is just delicious. I'm not big on raw fish, but I'll eat everything he puts in front of me. Worth the splurge.As for the condo, it has AC in the bedroom, which is VITAL for a good night's sleep. The mattress is nice, and the views are great. Oh, if you want a fun breakfast or lunch spot, just walk along the beach path to the Lava Lava Beach Club! Dine right on the beach -- don't feed the chickens, tho. We never had time to use the lovely pool, but it's just steps from your door. The Hawaiian music on the radio when we arrived fit the moment perfectly, and we left it on for our entire stay.

Everything was wonderful. Your instructions were easy to follow and check in went smoothly. Might want to restock the kitchen to make up four sets of everything as it is low on silverware! Also for people who would rather cook there is a shortage of bowls etc. Otherwise everything was clean and exactly as expected. An excellent place to stay. Thank you
The condo is comfortable and perfect for a couple. The location is great if your planning on going out and exploring the rest of the island is pretty well settled central to excursions and shopping and hiking.

Hi, we enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is an older unit, but was very clean and had a wonderful view. The AC unit in the bedroom worked well. It was also very helpful to have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Exactly as listed. Perfect location! Very very clean. And the views were amazing!
Overall, property was accurately depicted, clean and well located. The property grounds were nicely maintained and the location was very central.As noted in the property description, the air conditioning is in the bedroom only, so the living room was quite warm even with all windows open and the fans were running. Just something to be aware of.The host did not respond to some questions I posted the few days leading up to the trip, which was a bit disappointing.

Beautiful property with excellent location. Great location for visiting any part of the island. Close to restaurants, groceries and shopping.Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed the views, ocean sounds and waves. Saw turtles from our balcony while having breakfast every morning. Had everything we needed.
Great place to stay, with several places to eat or get coffee within walking distance. Free parking, beautiful view, comfortable place, accommodating hosts, what more could you ask for! We were able to watch wales from the balcony, bring binoculars.
We enjoyed our stay very much. If we return to Kauai, we'll certainly consider returning to this property.

Condo was 100%as advertised, we watched whales, green turtles, and surfers from the lanei.It is located about in the center of the drivable portion of the island, everything can be explored within 90 minute drive.Several beach access points are within a short walk.
The sound of the waves while sitting on the lanai was wonderful all week. The location is great for visiting all parts of the island and being close to stores and restaurants. I see that someone commented on the AC unit only in the bedroom. We never even used it. Although it was a bit warm for an hour or so in the afternoon, a glass of ice water and the breeze from the ocean made it barely noticeable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils. All appliances worked great and furniture was comfy. We’d definitely stay here again.

Everything was very comfortable. Unit was clean. The only problem is that we had no wi-fi for the entire stay. The unit could use a better hair dryer.
The wonderful ocean view greet us as we opened the door. There is a lovely landscaped pool just steps away. Just a short walk gets you down to the beach . The sound of the waves was so relaxing. We did have some trouble with the wifi and Luke responded right away, but it took some time. Location was great. Definitely would stay here again.
Beautifully landscaped condo complex overlooking Wailua Bay. We walked to the beach every morning to catch the sunset. The condo had everything we needed and we especially appreciated the beach towels, chairs, cooler and snorkel equipment. Bed was very comfortable and shower had great pressure.
I was overall very pleased with our rental. The transaction was very smooth. The home was super clean. The balcony and view were amazing. The home was very nice but not the “HGTV remodel” it referenced. Not a big deal. My only issue was that there was no central air. I know it’s probably my fault for not catching that if it was in the description. There was just an AC unit in the bedroom. We were sweating horribly otherwise bc open air just didn’t work. I didn’t do my hair or wear make-up bc it was so hot getting ready to go out. Now I know what to look for. Otherwise, it was very nice.
This place has it all. The views, ideal location, beach supplies, etc. Loved it.
This was our first time visiting Hawaii and we found this property to be conveniently located for all of our sightseeing. It was clean and comfortable for us. Good place to stay.
This condo unit is right above the beach and overlooks Wailua Bay Beach. We could watch surfers, swimmers and fishermen right from our lanai. We saw whales only twice; a long distance away; but also saw a large pod of dolphins right in front. The location is an easy drive to anywhere else on the island.
