Ma’Alaea is the Perfect location and we watched turtles every morning. Pool and bbq grills were wonderful!! Great condo with comfy beds and everything we needed for a great although too short of a stay. We will be back soon I hope. Thank you!

This property was convenient to everywhere on Maui! A quiet and friendly condo complex! The condo is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and well equipped for everything you would need on a Maui vacation! We enjoyed watching the turtles every morning! We highly recommend this location!
This place is absolute paradise. Loved laying in bed and listening to the ocean. Also loved having our own personal lanai with views of the ocean with table and chairs where we could sit and have our coffee in the morning and evening meals. Four girlfriends stayed on this trip, all over 60. It was a great location to drive to everything, not far from the airport and not far from shopping and restaurants. Totally convenient and totally awesome. Exactly as listed. No complaints. We had the best time.

Excellent location and central to many activities. The accommodations were comfortable except the smaller room which had a slightly uncomfortable mattress according to my adult daughter and son—law. The views were spectacular. We saw turtles right off the balcony.
Clean updated home with great views
The owner was very helpful and responded in a timely manner. The unit has everything one would need especially a washer and dryer. I would have given 5 stars all around but one room owner stated there was an issue with the air conditioning unit. I utilized both ceiling fans which helped some. Also only one lamp worked in the room and no light on ceiling fan. Overall fantastic place and phenomenal location. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise and set daily.
This was our sixth time in Maui and as usual it was relaxing and enjoyable. We came for the basketball tournament, UNC plays every 4th year, and totally get caught up in the small gym experience, you are right there with the players, coaches and refs. Every day in Maui is different. We have done most of the outdoor adventures and as my wife and I turned 80 we went to the aquarium, hiked in the national park, went for lunch at the Kapulua Plantation House, found Coconuts’ fish tacos (a number of times). The small pool and veranda at our VRBO unit at Lauloa in Maalaea was just terrific and we totally enjoyed our books and relaxation there. We thank all involved, particularly the property owners, with our VRBO vacation.
This is our second stay at this beautiful condo and cannot say enough positive things.
Our for first stay was in March 2020……two weeks before the pandemic lockdown. We were so impressed by this unit that we promised ourselves when we returned for a visit to beautiful Maui this would be our “GO TO” condo.
You cannot go wrong if you decide to stay here. Susan the owner makes like the process so smooth and is very accommodating/responsive to your needs.
Condo is centrally located, fifteen to thirty minutes to the west/north side, east side and the south side…….with the exception of Hana and Haleakala.
Like we said, this condo is highly recommended.

Great location for Maui. Property was ok but not updated or anything spectacular. Water pressure in the showers was more like a drizzle and not a sready stream. Not scoring any points for poor quality of sheets and towels as well. However, the worst part was arriving back from our trip to an email from the owners claiming there was damage to a master bedroom closet???? Thank God I work in the fraud industry and can protect myself from scammers. It wasn't a bad place to stay, but I would skip dealing with theese owners and find a better place to stay without worrying about getting scammed.witharriving back from our trip w
Very quiet 4th floor condo with spectacular ocean view. You can hear the relaxing sound of the surf crashing on the shoreline, if you leave the sliding glass lanai door open. Full kitchen with all dishes and full size washer and dryer. Cable TV in every room. Short drive to many great restaurants, beaches, and places to shop. Walking distance to the Maui Aquarium, Starbucks, Carl's Jr, Circle K, Phillips 76, and several restaurants by the harbor.
This property did not disappoint! Beautiful oceanfront exactly as advertised. We watched turtles just feet away from sun up to sundown. We also enjoyed seeing monk seals in the bay. Also amazing that this condo is walking distance to extensive beaches that went for miles. Love this place!
The photos don’t do this place justice. It was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and had everything you need to cook, grill by the pool or enjoy the beach. You can walk to aquarium, shops and dining and easy to get to most places on the island. It was truly a gem! Thank you!
Loved this beautiful, well equipped condo. Quiet and friendly complex. Loved sitting on the lanai watching all the turtles. The pool was relaxing. Loved the location, close to some good food, Point break pizza is delish. The host was so gracious and accommodating. Will be our future go to place in Maui. The A/C was lovely when needed.
The unit was clean, comfortable and had great island decorations. We loved watching the sea turtles from our deck:)

We had an amazing stay! The place was very clean, updated, and very private. The views were incredible, and we saw turtles every day. There is ac in every room and two bathrooms were very clean and updated. The location was great as it wasn't in very populated area. We will definable be back!!!

We came to Maui to bring my step mother's ashes to be spread with my Dad's. She had to be in care facility in Oregon as she could not take care of herself. I had promised to bring her back,
Maalaea is my favorite area and this kind of is my favorite building. The unit is just lovely and the view is amazing being on the top floor. Highly recommend.
The complex is well run and clean. The room looks right onto the water and we could see whales from our room. The biggest surprise was a small beach on the property that is maybe 100 yards from the room. At sunset about 10 sea turtles would beach themselves for sleeping. We watched the creatures almost every night. A real bonus. The only draw back is there are only a couple of places to dine at within a reasonable walk. We did a Costco run and we cooked a bunch of meals in the room. Good value and a winner.
This property has everything you need, it’s roomy, clean and comfortable. It is in a great location, centrally located with easy access. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, overlooking the ocean and within walking distance to sugar beach, the harbour and Maui ocean center.
