Just spent my second trip in Kauai and in this unit. Perfect location. Unit is exactly as described and so cute. Right next to the restaurant. The pools are wonderful. Shopping center across the street.
The location and amenities of this condo were amazing. Our kids had a great time in the pools and the condo was clean and as advertised. We will definitely be back!

I've stayed at many vacation rental units and I can honestly say, this was probably the most well-equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay in Kauai. From all the domestic needs like an efficient washer and dryer (with detergent) and every kitchen and dining need covered (large sub-zero frig.) to all the activity related stuff: masks, flippers, water shoes, sand toys, sun umbrella and beach chairs, they have thought of everything. Even the iron and ironing board were better than I have at home. The apartment itself is spacious with a huge bathroom, double sinks and two toilets. The master bedroom has a HUGE bed and a nice lanai with a partial ocean view and a view of the pool. The resort is also well-equipped with a massive river style pool (3 waterfalls, and 2 slides) with three hot tubs of varying temperatures and easy access to the beach and Kapa'a town. We came for a friends wedding and had a marvelous time. I would however, avoid the overpriced restaurant at the resort as there are so many better options nearby (Island Craves, Pono Market, the Fish Bar Deli, etc.)

Pretty nice facility. The unit is at the back closer to the beach which was great. Nicely appointed unit with many owner “extras” to make the stay more enjoyable. Only issue was a broken washer which the owners compensation made up for. They apologized and did try to fix the problem. Wish there was moreInformation in the unit about the on site restaurant Oasis. Didn’t ever use this place. Stores, shopping and other places to eat are nearby. Being at the light was also helpful getting on and off the hi way that’s so busy. Overall a nice stay. Thank you
This was the perfect location for our trip. The condo was clean, comfortable and beautiful. Looked exactly like the photos if not better. The kids had so much fun at the pool especially on the water slides.
Overall, the property was clean. The unit was perfect for our family overlooking the pool. The kids especially loved the waterslides and overall the pool area. Met lots of fun friends to play with who were also staying on the property would definitely recommend and will be booking it again for next year. Mahalo
If you are looking for a basic condo complex with a pool designed for kids, this will work. This is not a resort. The view of this unit is certainly not oceanfront, it is a sliver of a partially obstructed view from the balcony if you lean over the edge- the balcony that can barely fit 2 people. The fact that “Oceanfront” is part of the unit description is an old workaround ; yes, in the fine print they disclose more truth about the actual view. And despite all the “Exceptional” reviews, this unit is “Just OK”. I used to work in the hospitality industry and we worked hard to make sure our hotels did not misrepresent their properties.This property oversold and under-delivered, a bad combination. Someone should do an audit of the legitimacy of all the “Exceptional”reviews this listing has received.No doubt there will be an effort to have THIS review removed. But it is the truth.

We enjoyed the air conditioning in the unit. The location can’t be beaten you can walk and walk and walk and when your walk is over you can rest in the cool air!
This was our second stay at this condo....it is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. The property is spacious, clean, and well maintained. The owners are responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property.
The Host, Ingrid, was very responsive and answered all questions promptly. The unit is nicely furnished with high end appliances. We walked out to the beach every day for the sunrise! The property is well-maintained and very clean, we saw the staff out every day cleaning the pool, trimming the bushes, and cleaning. I did not notice any sand in the buildings, an accomplishment for an oceanfront property.
Wailua is a Great area to stay in while visiting Kauia as you are about half way to each roads end. This condo has shopping across the street and two awesome restaurants within walking distance.
Nice condo. The location on the east side of the island is convenient. The condo was clean and well-stocked. The AC worked well and the pool view is nice. The resort was nice but struggled with keeping up with kids in the pool area. The fitness room and on-site restaurant are both nice. There is a Safeway across the street and numerous restaurant options within walking distance. Overall, a really good experience and would recommend.
This was absolutely perfect in every way! The condo had everything we needed and it was the foundation for a perfect Vacation! Everything in the condo was top notch, it was extremely clean and very comfortable. The location was better than expected. The resort was amazing with an onsite resturant and bar, beautiful views the ocean at both sunrise and sunset! The pool and property was georgous! I would recomend this property to my Friends and Family and would definity go back again!

This condo is wonderful. The resort property is beautiful and in a great area. The condo was one of the most well stocked VRBO’s we have stayed in. It was extremely clean annd every detail was well thought out for the guests. Communication with the owner was very easy. We would stay here again any time!

-- Grateful for the beach items, especially a pair of kids water shoes when we realized ours had been left home

-- FYI - the groundskeepers switch on that powerwasher at 6:30am to clean the pool area and the room's great location for the pool means you'll hear it all
Very nice place to stay for the week. The unit is well stocked with all of the essential items a family of 4 would need for beach fun. The host was attentive and always responded back to questions I had asked. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This was my sixth time staying at Waipouli Beach Resort and the second time to stay in this unit, and I couldn't have been happier. The unit and property were clean and quiet, and I felt at home. As with my previous stay, the owners were readily available via messaging to answer any questions I may have had during my stay. Hopefully I will have the opportunity to stay here again!
