We loved the house. The layout was perfect for friends and family being together. We didn't feel that we were having to tip toe around because there was plenty of space and privacy. The sunsets were stunning and the pool was great. We have such a relaxing time and spent a lot of time enjoying the house and it's location.

Great for large family. One family group with 3 young kids, all had their own space. The others had quiet space to relax. Kitchen well stocked. Excellent outdoor space to have dinners enjoying the waves crashing. Beds were all comfortable. AC in bedrooms a must this trip as it was warm. View from primary bedroom balcony unbeatable. Loved everything about it.

While the house itself could use a bit of updating, the view is spectacular! House has good layout for larger group with plenty of area for privacy. Located close to small beach area and pool was great!!! Just be aware the walking path is literally right next to pool so there are people walking by throughout the day

This is a beautiful home in a great location. Our family had a couple of issues that were immediately addressed by the management of the home. The lava rocks outside of the home were beautiful - we had family pictures taken while we were there. The Keiki beach is within walking distance and was great for our grandchildren to learn to snorkel. Our family had a great time and would stay here again.

Our stay at the Dolphin House was amazing. There was lots of room for our family and the open living style was beautiful. The outside pool area was incredible and we ate all our meals at the outside table. The view from the house is breathtaking. We would definitely stay at The Dolphin house again.

We booked this house for a family vacation that included our 2 adult children and their spouses, as well as our 15 month old granddaughter. The communication with the owners was excellent. The property is even better than the photos! The minute we walked in and viewed the ocean beyond the sliding glass doors, we were in love! The layout of the house is perfect in that it allows private spaces for each of the couples and we enjoyed the entire second floor bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed many meals from the lovely table facing the ocean. Sunsets were spectacular! We had two pre-approved vendors given to us by Greg and Michelle (a baby equipment rental company and a private chef), both were excellent! I cant say enough about our great experience! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Beautiful, spacious, centrally located oceanfront home with outstanding views of the ocean, crashing waves and sunsets. Close to grocery stores, tennis and community garden. Michelle, the property manager was very helpful. Our only recommendation is that a new mattress is badly needed in the main bedroom and screens on the patio doors to keep out the mosquitoes at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views. The kids enjoyed the pool, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (pots, pans, storage containers, foil, etc) and the BBQ was a big hit. Decor was a little dated, but was still very nice. We'll be booking again.

We had a fabulous stay at this lovely house on the water!
The house is open, bright, and the views are stunning. The pool was perfect temperature, there were plenty of chaises and towels and beach supplies.

Each bedroom was nicely decorated with en-suite bathrooms perfect for various family groups, and the AC in the bedrooms made sleeping so comfortable.

The kitchen was stocked with any dish, pot, appliance, utensil, tool, storage, glassware you could imagine. And some basic condiments and spices.

We would definitely book again!

Property was as described. With the doors open, the breeze was beautiful. Family room was a little warm without the breeze. Purchased 2 box fans from the local Walmart which helped. Home is beautifully decorated and very well stocked. Needless to say, the view is amazing. Great layout of the home offered our family enough space to spread out when needed.

The Dolphin House was simply amazing! The pictures and words do not do it justice. The home is in a great location to everything. The kitchen is very well stocked as well as the bathrooms and plenty of towels for everyone. We had 9 in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone to have there own space. We ate at the outside table for every meal and the views are amazing!!

This home is beautiful and wonderful for a multigenerational vacation! Nine of us from 67yo to 4 yo stayed for a week here and the home is set up beautifully for us. The layout allowed for nice privacy with separate bedroom/bath areas for folks. The main space downstairs has a wide view to the shore and large bank of windowed slider doors that opens to a wonderful long table on the patio where we ate all our meals. The small but very adequate pool was used alot. This home had a very well supplied kitchen and was a core piece to a very fun vacation for us all. We even saw whales several times from the patio. The property manager and owner reached out with helpful vacation planning resources ahead of time and made themselves available if needed during our stay. I would love to go back!
