Everything was great! Accommodations were fabulous, the house was well equipped and Steve was very gracious and helpful when we had a tsunami scare during our stay.

Amazing condo and location
This place is really great. The room is located walking distance from Maalaea harbor, where many boats leave. We were able to drive from this central location to anywhere on the island easily. This ended up being a much bigger perk than we realized. We explored the road to Hana, and part of the Haleakala National park (Ohe’o Gulch, Pipiwai trails) one day. We explored various beaches, and used the beach chairs, coolers and umbrella available from our room. Our favorites for snorkeling were Kapalua and Napili, where you can see so much life starting just feet off the shore. We saw turtles, octopus, eels, and so many beautiful fish. We took a tour called Tacos and turtles with Ali’i Nui, which was amazing. The whales and dolphins played alongside our boat, showing off like it was their job. So cool! The property is nice and calm, but still close to exciting things. It is not a luxury resort or a super modern place. But the place is clean, and more equipped than any home we have ever stayed, another bonus of which we just didn’t predict its value until arriving. The host is so kind and helpful. The lanai offers breathtaking views, including the sunrise over Haleakala each morning. Walking just steps down to the water to see dozens of large sea turtles foraging around each day was so nice. We got fresh fish and cooked at the room, again, super well equipped. We also ate at several local island spots, just read reviews and you can’t go wrong. We were so sad to leave!
The condo was very nice but small. They let us in earlier than the Usual check in time which was a good perk. The condo was super clean, in good shape, and very well equipped. The location is a bit isolated so you need to have a car. The adjacent Harbour is walkable and has good boat trips and a few restaurants.
Nice central location. We booked the place for the view, and it lived up to expectations. Owner was very responsive throughout stay. Somewhat basic accommodations, but the kitchen would be very convenient if one wanted to prepare meals at home base. Not too much going on nearby - you have to drive to most everything -but bc you are central in the island, you’re never “too far” from any of the major attractions.

We had a wonderful stay in Maui. Condo was lovely, well stocked and great location. Many fine restaurants within walking distance, shops and aquarium. Host was available for any needs we had. Check in and out was hassle free. Definitely would recommend to others.
Steven's property was amazing! The views over look from the balcony were beyond beautiful. The condo was cleaned and equipped with everything we needed made us feel like home. We had a wonderful family vacation time here. We look forward to have a longer stay here again!
We had at wonderful stay in this beautiful condo in Maui. We appreciated all the little extras like quality beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler. We would definitely recommend this condo!!

It was a pleasant stay near Maalaea harbor in this beautiful property. You could literally walk to the harbor to get all the popular cruises.
The sea facing lanai was the show stopper, you could listen to the sea from the living room and enjoy the ocean breeze.
The property has all the necessary amenities you will need to enjoy your vacation to the fullest. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommended.
Maalea is located in the center of west Maui and is a relatively small and quiet area. There are a couple of good restaurants in walking distance. The nearby ocean center is a real gem. It’s only a short drive from a number of golf courses and beautiful sandy beaches. The pool and beach front are small but well maintained. The ocean has access but is rocky and dangerous. Our condo was comfortable and well supplied. There’s a wall unit a/c located in the kitchen/living area which leaves it a bit warmer in the bedroom but fans help keep the sleeping area reasonably comfortable. Overall this is a great place to unwind.
We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful condo and the view is spectacular! Also, the location is perfect, we explored the whole island and the drive to each destination wasn’t to lengthy. The condo is in the bottom center of Maui. Also, the condo has everything you need like your at home. Lastly, the owner communication quick and helpful. Response time was quick on questions we had while we were there. Definitely would recommend and stay here again!!
Lots of amenities and a great locations. Stay was great. Only rated 4 stars because our sheets were still in the washer and needed to be run when we arrived.
Traveled with my 2 adult daughters. Spend a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend with them. The condo is comfortable, clean, fully stocked with anything you may need, centrally located, quiet and the view is priceless!

Accomodations:
There were two of us on this trip, and we slept amazingly in the King sized bed; with the sound of the ocean in the background. The condo has all of the things we needed to be able to cook when we wanted, or just to have coffee in the morning before we went out to explore.
Location:
The location is perfect for those who don't want to stay with the masses in/near a resort. There is a small shopping center, and a couple of restaurants to wander to within walking distance, but I would recommend a car to see other parts of the island as well.
View:
The view from the lanai was amazing! We got to see the sunrise each day, as well as a few turtles and even an mother humpback and her calf in the bay. It is truly a postcard-worthy view.

Steve was a great point of contact for any and all questions about the property and surrounding areas. He really cares about your experience in his condo and his care and availability for questions was just the cherry on top of this sundae.
This place is HIGHLY recommended and we would absolutely stay there in the future.
