We loved it here. It was absolutely gorgeous and a perfect location. Only thing that really bothered me was we asked for early check-in and even offered to pay, they told us no because the cleaners had to clean it. We had all of our luggage after a long travel day and so we didn’t want to leave our car we Were at the property and there was no cleaners inside. We text them asking if we could pay for early check-in and they said no the cleaners were still there which they weren’t. We text again asking and they said no. Just frustrating when we offered to pay money

This is a well-appointed, top-floor, ocean-front unit in an attractive complex. The unit's bldg is the best one, set at the end of the property and away from parking & pools, offering privacy and unobstructed views of what you came for––the fabulous Pacific Ocean! A golf course out the back windows offers a relaxing, visual sea of green. Our stay was not marred by partiers or noisy guests...We appreciated the quiet, and our courteous neighbors (with the exception of a cigar smoker on a patio, 2 floors below–– fortunately, he/she wasn't a chain smoker, but there really ought to be a law!)The unit is tastefully furnished and updated, with an attractive blue-green decor. The beds are comfortable. It was properly cleaned, with an adequately stocked kitchen.As others have noted, you'll want to turn the AC off to sit on the balcony, where the AC unit is located. Our party of 2 utilized the balcony early in the day and late in the evening, when we didn't need AC anyway -- the rest of the day we were out & about.The Management was helpful & responsive. (A small annoyance was the request that the dishwasher be emptied before leaving. No doubt they've dealt with the occasional Neanderthals who leave a shameless mess for the cleaning staff. But it should be an option to start the dishwasher, and leave--having to wait for it to completely cycle so you can unload it before heading to the airport added stress we didn't need when late for our flight.)Would def stay here again :-)

A well-appointed condo on the beautiful Kona oceanfront. Nice decor, good kitchen, everything you would need nearby, including a grocery and restaurants. Did not want to leave! Our hosts were very accommodating as well, we had a flight cancellation and they were helpful with letting us stay a little later.

The air conditioning system is terrible. Cannot sit on the lanai with AC on inside because it vents directly onto the lanai making it feel like a blast furnace. I suggest you go there yourself to see what I mean. In addition, the AC unit in the loft/master bedroom is terribly loud making it unusable when trying to sleep. Again, go there yourself. If I was making decisions at your company I would no longer offer this property for rent. I believe this reflects poorly on your business. I simply cannot see anyone renting here not being very disappointed with the AC system. Certainly would not consider renting the property again.
The ocean view from the lanai is even better than pictured. The condo was very clean, and quiet. The management company was helpful and checked to ensure everything was running smoothly.

I would highly recommend this Condominium and the company that manages it. Any questions we had we texted to the company and they responded immediately and were so kind and helpful. The condominium was beautiful and you could not beat that view! The place was clean and well organized. I was great having the beach towels and other needed items for the beach there for our use. The air conditioning was also very nice since it was very hot while we were there and there was very little breeze. However, the unit being on the Lani made it very hot with the hot air blowing from the compressor. We had to turn off all the units in the house if we wanted to sit out there for any length of time.We enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay in this community again.

Thing one is THE VIEW! What a delight to sit on the lanai enjoying it. The space was perfect for three to four people, plenty of beach gear was available and everything worked as intended. The level of quality of fixtures, dinnerware and cookware was also a level above similar properties at which we have stayed. It was also quiet and quite private, while being close to beaches (we could walk to Kahalu'u beach park for great snorkeling), groceries (KTA is a 2-min drive), and other adventures like nighttime manta ray dives at Keauhou Bay. I wish to return soon! The management company also accommodated us when we requested a late checkout - this gave us almost another full day to snorkel! A lifesaver! Highly recommended.

The condo was perfect for our family of four! The location is great - it was an easy drive to Kailua-Kona and to snorkeling in Kealakekua Bay. It’s right next store to the Kahalu’u Beach Park where we surfed and a 45min-1hr drive from the beaches and resorts on the northwest coast. The condo itself is great too—beautiful views and a very comfortable stay. We also took advantage of the amenities on the property, the volleyball court, pickle ball, etc.

We visited with our two adult children (25 & 27 yrs.). We know the Big Island well and have stayed in many places. We want to come back to this beautiful condo.What a wonderful place to stay! The condo is the closest to the water in the entire complex. The grounds are wonderfully manicured and clean. And the location was so accessible to both the town of Kona and the Queen Ka'ahumanu Hwy to hit the beaches on the other end of the island. It is on the far end of Kona with a grocery store nearby. The condominium is very spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, pots, pans...and a great blender. When we weren’t out to dinner, we enjoyed dinner on the deck overlooking the Pacific. It is also such a peaceful, magical place to hang out together. There is a big closet with beach paraphernalia – chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, beach towels, etc. Honestly, the condo made our stay so easy and fun. We will be back!The Big Island is one of our favorite places in the world. We loved visiting such beautiful beaches - Hapuna, Mauna Kea, and Manini'owali. An afternoon highlight was walking the coastal trail between Hapuna and Mauna Kea Beaches. This was the first trip we did the manta ray snorkel. I can’t believe we waited so long. It was an incredible experience. We loved walking through Kona, enjoying shave ice, or eating the best fish tacos ever at Shaka Tacoz food truck, which is very close to the condo. After a busy day in the sun, we were usually tired and ready to relax with a pina colada, and we had the perfect place to do just that. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely Beautiful condo! The ocean view was spectacular sunsets. We saw whales from our deck. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We bought the kona coffee made fresh on the island and made every morning. The beds were comfortable. Ceiling fans or AC. Tvs all over. Everything was upscale from the furniture to the towels very thick and nice. The other side of the condo opened to the golf course with a beautiful sunrise and lovely birdies. Quiet place. 3rd floor, stairs only. We enjoyed the pool, plenty of lounge chairs and walked the complex with access the the beach. Very clean, and nice starters with soap, etc
