There is nothing else I can say about the view from this lovely home.
You wake up, grab a cup of coffee and walk out onto the balcony to see/hear crashing waves against the rocks.
This is one of our favorite places we have stayed at with the view and we have stayed in places with wonderful views.
The home is well equipped. clean and very comfortable.
The property has 3 pools (one right above the ocean), tennis/pickleball courts and a ping pong table.
The grounds are so green and lush which is wonderful to just take a walk around to get your steps in.
Communication with the property is seamless.
We will definitely be back!
We travel to the Big Island regularly and found this condo to be one of the best we have stayed in. The lanai was the highlight for us, and we spent hours watching kayakers and soothing waves crash right near us. It was clean, well stocked with new Kitchen appliances and had a lot of books and games to use. The master bedroom was large, and the bathroom exceptionally designed with a 2 person shower. I liked the tile used, and my wife enjoyed the large makeup mirror, although not much makeup was worn, only sunscreen!! The only thing we would improve on is the overhead fans in the bedrooms could use a remote control to change the speeds easily from the bed. Some of the towels and sheets were a bit worn, but overall we will try to stay here again when we visit next year.
We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the lanai was amazing and we were lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean each night. Not too far from Kona and other sites and minutes away from a grocery store. Had everything we needed for cooking.
Family of 5. Kids 20, 18, 16. The location was perfect to explore the Kona coast. The condo had everything we needed. The deck overlooking the ocean with the sound of crashing waves elevated every moment spent in the condo. Would recommend this to anyone and definitely stay here again.
We loved our stay at this vacation rental. It was quiet and had a beautiful ocean view. The unit was nicely furnished, spacious and well-stocked. It had everything we needed. The grounds are lovely. There is a grocery store nearby. The owner is friendly, quick to respond, and accommodating.
The condo is so close to the water, it’s absolutely beautiful and so tranquil listening to the waves crashing as you sleep.
The condo was very clean and well stocked (spices, towels, laundry wash, dishwasher tabs etc). All the cooking supplies were there, and we were very happy to find a kettle! The only thing we would say is that the washing machine smelled a little moldy and didn’t really freshen our clothes. A clean cycle would probably resolve this easily enough.
It is definitely worth paying for the AC! The pools were quiet and it was no problem accessing those. The gardens were well maintained and so pretty.
Walking distance to the local shopping center, with store, places to eat/drink.
Communication was easy. Would be happy to return.
We sent a group of ours to this condo for a workshop and they LOVED it. They said it was absolutely beautiful and they had everything they needed. The owner was super helpful and overall our clients want to come back and stay there again! Thank you for a wonderful experience for our clients. We wowed them!
What a view and a very comfortable stay on the Big Island. Well equipped and very organized. We loved cooking and enjoying quiet dinners with our friends. Stayed here two other times and each time I felt like coming home.
We had a really excellent stay at this condo. We were there with our 3 kids (ages 29, 24, and 10). It is very spacious, giving us all opportunity to be comfortable and have room to spread out. We hosted grandparents for dinner comfortably using the indoor and outdoor dining areas. The only thing to note is the twin beds are small, like extra narrow and our 10 year old fell out of the bed a couple of times. These beds are really designed for small people, definitely not a larger adult. Not a big deal, but something to note if planning for a group of adults.We loved it and would definitely book this condo again. Thanks for a great stay.
Very clean. Amazing sunsets. Incredible beach view. It’s obvious the owner cares for and about the property and wants the guests to have the best rental possible.
This property did not disappoint! The views could not be beat…we made sure not to miss a single sunset :) Can’t imagine a better place to watch it! The condo was so clean and the kitchen had all we needed and more. We loved staying in Sotuh Kona away from the hustle and bustle. If we come back to the Big Island, we certainly would come back to stay here!
My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo along with our two grown sons, ages 18 and 20. We could not have been happier! We are frequent VRBO renters and this place is among our favorites. Not only is the view unobstructed and beautiful, we loved the amenities at the resort. We played tennis (with the supplied rackets and balls!) and swam at the pools each day (beach towels supplied as well)! They even have snorkeling gear and boggle boards!! The kitchen is FULLY stocked. As a frequent VRBO renter, we have seen it all -- and this was the best we have encountered! We literally had not one basic item we needed that was not supplied -- only needed to buy our groceries and were able to cook full meals with the supplied pots/pans/spices/oils/utensils). It's spacious, well kept, very clean and super conveniently located! We really loved our stay!! Also, the management unexpectedly scheduled maintenance during our stay which required them to turn the water off for 6 hours one day. We were pleasantly surprised that the owner credited us for the inconvenience. Truly appreciated that! If we ever have the chance to return to the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii, we would definitely stay here again!
The unit was clean, and very well appointed. We have stayed in many condos throughout HI and this is at the top of the list! Very quiet area, we spent many hours on the lanai watching the ocean. The management team was very responsive on the single time we contacted them (we had internet access issues, turned out to be a wide area issue that spectrum was having). You certainly have purchased an extremely nice property. We recommend it highly and we will certainly contact you if we travel to the big island in the future.
