Condo was very clean and had all necessary cleaning and cooking supplies provided, there was even a closet full of different beach supplies that you may need during your stay. Check in process was smooth and was able to communicate with host easily. The view from the condo was stunning and the property was very nice with 3 different pool options. Air conditioning worked well and was available in each room as well as a tower and ceiling fan.

We loved the location of this condo and enjoyed the large deck that looked out to the ocean. It was spacious and well equipped. We used the pools, hot tubs and pickleball courts, all of which were well maintained. It was hot the week we were there and very happy it was air conditioned. There is a big closet with beach chairs, towels, snorkeling gear and other beach toys. The condo was a bit dated but clean. We would definately stay there again.
Well equipped, lovely location, pools were super, especially the ocean pool. Grounds and landscaping were very tidy and lovely variety of plants. Loved the beach towels, toys, chairs, and sunscreen! Staff were very friendly and helpful! We’d enjoy returning soon!
We really enjoyed our stay at Kanaloa at Kona. Beautiful views, spacious and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!
We loved our stay here. Everything is as pictured. Great location, a little bit of a distance from all of the tourist stuff, but the drive was not bad at all. There is a shopping center with a grocery store, pharmacy and some restaurants really close by which was great. The condo is well equipped and family friendly and the view is amazing. It was quiet and comfortable. Would highly recommend. We didn't interact with the property manager so I can't really speak to what that would have been like, but I rated it five stars to keep the rating.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. The complex was very clean and inviting and located in a very quiet neighborhood.
Konoloa at Kona is a great place to stay. My first visit to the island, and I would love to go right back if I could.

This condo was a great homebase for our family of 5’s visit to the Big Island. It had everything we needed. Plenty of space. Very clean. Air conditioning in each room. I we also loved the area, a 15–20 minute drive to Kona and town life. And easily accessible to anywhere we were visiting on the island. Would definitely stay here again.
