Everything was perfect! Great communication, amazing condo, perfect location. The condo is super clean and has literally everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of linens, paper goods, washer/dryer, detergent. The storage closet on the lanai has all the beach gear you need - umbrella, cooler, chairs, beach bag, sand toys, snorkels, flippers. Pickleball paddles and balls, tennis balls, even some golf balls and tees… this place has everything! The view can’t be beat. The condo is oceanfront - expansive views and waves crashing on lava rocks. Very close to oceanfront pool but the building in between means you can’t hear the people (kids) at the pool! The main lanai is spacious, and there are additional lanais off the bedrooms. Air conditioning units in king bedrooms worked wonderfully for cool sleeping. There’s also one in the living room. The property is beautiful - oceanfront pool is lovely. Great location - out of the bustle of Kona. Easy access to the Captain Cook area - great restaurants down there with less of the upcharge you get in downtown Kona. We loved Reel Aloha Poke and the smoothie place next door! From the condo it’s a very short drive to Keauhou Bay where you can book some adventures like night snorkeling with manta rays (the “manta ray village” is right there in the bay so it’s just a few minutes on the boat) - we thought the folks at SeaQuest were genuine and lovely. Overall this condo is top notch and the location is ideal! We loved every minute!
This condo is lovely! You couldn’t ask for better views! It was clean and well stocked and the hosts were very responsive. The amenities at the location are also nice. Just be aware that there are lots of stairs if mobility is an issue. Also, the primary floor bathroom with a shower is in the main suite on that floor so if you’re using all of the bedrooms the primary suite on the main floor will have to share their en suite bathroom for showers.
The location is ideal. The condo is well appointed and everything is well labeled. Kanaloa is the perfect location for quick getaways for ocean adventures etc. The resort grounds are peaceful; the pools are great when you're in the mood for a freshwater dip.

This is a beautiful and spacious condo that puts you instantly at ease and settles you into island time. Everything was clean, tasteful and well appointed and the ocean front view is astounding. We spent nearly all our time on the large lanai looking out at the water. We appreciated the lovely decor and there was not a thing we needed that was not there for us. The hosts were fast to respond and very helpful with great communication.
The grounds are well cared for, quiet and relaxed, and staff were friendly, helpful and seemed content. We loved that there were three pools - the ocean pool was great for socializing (and everyone there was friendly, too) and watching the sunset; a quiet pool for lounging in peace and yet another pool if the others were getting busy - none were! There was just a nice mix of space, greenery and gorgeous blue. Since we are blessed to get to island hop a lot we get to see a lot of properties, and this one is perfect for relaxation, family time and base-camp for activities outside of the fray of the busier tourist areas. Also, it is right next to the manta ray swim. Just book it already - you will not be disappointed!
The views from the deck were incredible! The condo was very clean and organized. The beds were comfortable too! It was a perfect place for two couples as both primary rooms have their own bathrooms. There is a shopping center nearby that you can walk to for groceries, restaurants and coffee. The entire condo complex is well maintained and beautiful. We look forward to staying here again!

We brought our adult children for a 10 day stay. Everything was wonderful! You will not find a better view. Everything was clean and well appointed. We had one tiny issue...reached out to owner and it was taken care of right away.The location was also perfect for us. I would not think twice about renting this condo again.
The property was perfect for making unforgettable memories with our family. From the breathtaking views to the cozy, well-kept accommodations, everything exceeded our expectations. The VRBO had everything we needed from basic stuff like beach towels, bathroom accessories, to beach toys. We enjoyed every moment! Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.
Our experience renting this condo was fantastic. The communication right from booking to leaving was some of the best we have experienced and we have rented dozens and dozens of houses or condos over the years. The condo itself was exactly as advertised and the pictures on the website were a perfect depiction of what you will get. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook 2 meals per day. The 2 main rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The 3rd bedroom is small and the door needs to be left open to get AC in there. The view from the balcony is exactly what you think of when you think Hawaii, the sunsets are truly magical. For our purposes the condo was in a perfect location for the itinerary we had planned. We visited in October and the property was relatively empty so the pool was a lot of fun to visit. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again in the future or to recommend it.
This family trip consisted of 3 generations from kiddos to grandparents. We had a wonderful vacation in this beautifully maintained 3 bedroom condo. It was perfectly clean, well stocked with plenty of amenities and highly organized. Communication was clear and timely. Check in / check out was a breeze. The resort grounds were gorgeous. There are stairs to navigate if mobility is a concern. Would definitely return in a heartbeat and hope to do so soon! Thank you for your opening your ohana to our family! Mahalo and aloha!

I was able to make great memories with my family while looking at the sea view from the the condo. The facilities were spacious, clean, and great for a family to stay. The host was very friendly as well.
We stayed here for 6 nights in May 2024. The condo was beautifully furnished, clean, and comfortable. The view of the ocean from the balcony was awesome. We liked the condo complex and the area. I contacted the owner once to ask a question. He quickly responded and was super nice and helpful. My family and I had a wonderful vacation here and would like to stay here again in the future.
