Came to race Ironman 70.3 Hawaii. Was perfect distance for race, shopping, food, and ocean access. Was very well maintained just like the pictures show. Will definitely look for this place again next time.
The place was very clean and had all the amenities that we expected. It's a great location to be able to just walk down to the ocean.

Beautiful unit overlooking lava fields! Amazing sunsets while relaxing on the lanai! The unit is very clean and well equipped with everything you would need for eating in. Beds were very comfortable. David provided suggestions for restaurants on the island as well as places to visit. Most we knew about having been to the big island many times, but there were some new places we visited!
Liked the view; liked the fact that spices were left in the VERY well equipped kitchen. Host was extremely fast in responding to messages - a propane tank was delivered when the existing one was empty (we stayed for a month and really enjoyed having the grill on the lanai). Easy and scenic walk to the beach club and being able to park close to the beach was a real plus also. We used the boogie boards up at the Mauna Kea beach (excellent for boogie boarding). The wine bar attached to the grocery store at Queens Marketplace at Waikoloa great place for sushi and reasonably priced. Hamburgers and fries at beach club restaurant are the BEST!

We had a very relaxing time at the Palm Villas. This unit is very well stocked. I have actually never had a kitchen in a rental be so well stocked. I so appreciate having a slow cooker! In addition, they have soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish detergent and laundry detergent. Not just a starter pack, plenty for the whole stay. This is greatly appreciated so that we do not have to rush out to the store on the first day. Thank you for a great trip!
Convenient location, well appointed condo, beautiful territorial view with lovely grounds and a magnificent bird viewing from the lanai. We had a wonderful stay!
Great property, great location
Great condo…we were very surprised that that had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and a lot more in the condo for convenience. That came in very handy, because our luggage didn’t come until the next day. The only issue we had was the day before check in we were asked to keep the air conditioner set to 80 degrees while we were out and 78 degrees while in the condo. If we had known before booking, we may not have booked it. I truly understand that everyone Hawaii is very expensive…including electricity. But 78 degrees was not a pleasurable temperature for us. Other than that, it was one of our best stays in a VRBO condo.

Great place and nicely kept. Amenities were good except minor things like out of body wash in the shower and no condiments like one normally finds at a VRBO. Would certainly use again, well located, clean, upscale, good price. Everything was great.
We absolutely loved staying at Palm Villas E21! The condo was immaculately clean and welcoming. The beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. The kitchen had every tool/small appliance imaginable, plus coolers and freezer packs for the beach. We prepared several scrumptious meals and enjoyed dining on the lanai, with its beautiful view of the ocean and neighboring Kalahuipua`a Park.
We loved having access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club and the condo had beach toys, boogie boards, floaties, umbrellas and chairs. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect way to wind down at the end of the day. The property manager provided clear instructions, making check in super easy. Will definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful vacation with our adult kids and teens. Mauna Lani had all the amenities we love. Pool, hot tub, walking paths, and the private beach club. We loved our time out on the lanai playing cards and sipping drinks. It is close to all the best beaches and the garage was full of toys to make the beach fun! Thank you!!

We had a great time staying in this very nice condo. Easy to get to the pool, beach, shopping and Kona activities. Would stay again, everything was handled very well.
This beautifully decorated and cared for condominium is ideally located near the shops and the resort hotel. The view from the lanai over the lava fields, and out to the sea is stunning! We enjoy the sunsets in the evening so much. our favorite walk was the walk along the Hawaiian fish ponds, the swimming pool is ideal for adults and small children and gorgeously landscaped. This stay is a ten!
David's place was perfectly located for our kid's first time to Hawaii. Easy access to great snorkeling, nature walks, and small shops. The memories we made will last forever!

We enjoyed our time in this unit. There were three good sized rooms that was perfect for 5 of us. The beds were a little hard but that is personally preference.
The kitchen was well stocked and we used both the rice cooker and slow cooker.
The view was lovely and we enjoyed out time on the Lanai.
The Mauna Lani are was great and we liked this area and close proximity to Foodland.
I would rent this unit again.
