This lovely home is located in the prestigious Kukuiula neighborhood. A walking trail takes you to the Shops at Kukuiula with first-rate restaurants and shops.
The cook in your group will be delighted by the gourmet kitchen which includes Viking appliances! The spacious floor plan enables your group to entertain the cook while nibbling on pupus, sipping wine and talking story about your day's adventures! The outdoor lanai offers a comfortable seating area and a dining room with seating for six.
The main floor primary suite is outfitted with a king sized bed and en suite bathroom which features a soaking tub, double vanities and an outdoor shower. Just one story above is the secondary suite with a king sized bed, and a soaking tub in the bathroom. A guest bedroom, with a queen sized bed is also on this floor. Each of these room enjoy a screened in lanai. 5 miles from the home you can enjoy complimentary pool, spa, gym, pickle ball, and tennis court access at the Poipu Beach Athletic Club during your stay.

Incredible home with every amenity one could want for a 5 star vacation. Perfect location in an immaculate neighborhood. Great for efficiently exploring all sides of the island. Lighted walking path to shops, restaurants, and local market, only about a 10 minute walk.
Home is truly comfortable and beautifully designed. Air conditioning is zoned, with well placed ceiling fans to keep things comfortable. Remarkable automatic window blind system on the main level keeps things cool during the day if you’re out. Gorgeous, private lanai, a birder’s dream, with ample seating and high-end BBQ grill. Lanai is positioned to see both sunrise and sunset. Main floor bedroom has wonderful outdoor shower connected to indoor shower for that tropical spa experience. While there’s no pool (the beach club access is a short drive away, which we didn’t utilize), who needs a pool when you have the ocean, canyons, and coasts to explore. I can’t say enough, this island and this neighborhood are dream-like.
Property management company was truly exceptional. Great service and communication from booking to checkout.
Easily the worst part of our trip was having to leave. Thank you to the management company and owner’s for making this space available to visitors. Maybe one day we’ll be able to return.

We had a lovely week, beautiful home with all the amenities except central A/C was broken which is the main reason we chose this home. They had to bring us portable units which were so loud we couldn’t hear the TV unless we blasted it. We had these for two days in the living room, upstairs was so hot we couldn’t sleep. The tub valve is broken and couldn’t use the tub. The amenities are offsite and not on property, pay attention to that since you cannot use the onsite facilities. We finally asked for more portable units upstairs so we could finally sleep. They then leaked all over the hardwood floors, had to call again. This was not what we expected and very disappointing. The house is lovely and large to fit a family, would have been completely 5 star rating if not for AC issue. The maintenance guy told us the AC has been out since they are an island and cannot get parts, I say that is misleading and should have been disclosed to us prior to our stay. They finally gave us a restaurant voucher which came after repeated complaints.

We were so pleased with our stay. The home was absolutely incredible! The little extras that the management left for our convenience were so thoughtful. If we had any questions, they responded immediately. Hands down, an awesome establishment to rent from. We definitely will be coming back!!

We loved staying at this house. It was beautiful and came wonderfully stocked with supplies. The only thing we wish it included was beach chairs, but those can be rented near by. Convenient location to all the south of the island has to offer. We can’t wait to visit again!

Beautiful home and accommodations… and location. Good VRBO support while there. Our vacation would not have been as nice without this great home…. Which was much more than a “cottage”!
