The Cliffs at Princeville is in a stunning location with a very manicured feel. Reception staff super friendly and helpful. Nice pool and visiting food trucks. The actual apartment was disappointing. It appeared on the website to have been newly renovated when in fact it had some newer furniture. Original old kitchen with newer electrical items which were badly fitted leaving unhygienic gaps and chipped tiles. Dirty taps and sink. Kitchen well stocked albeit with old items. Bathrooms both original and very dirty, bath and shower tiles clearly not been cleaned properly for a long time. Bath taps loose, filthy or no plugs, dirty doors, dirty baths, dirty shower heads, very unpleasant. Filthy floors, the soles of my feet were black after one hour walking on the floor. No mop provided. I cleaned the kitchen sink a little especially around the taps but overall cleanliness not great. I’ve taken some photos if required. Sofa bed in living room extremely uncomfortable but the bed in the bedroom very comfortable.filthy stained bedroom rug. Sheets and towels all clean. Washing machine and tumble drier great. Wouldn’t stay here again but would stay at The Cliffs again, their own rentals are cheaper than this one and I understand some now have new bathrooms.
The property is great! Super beautiful location. The pool and courts are super fun. It would also be a great place for kids. The unit itself is in a great location and very nice! The bathrooms really need upgrading. They are super old, but clean. The only major issue we had, which was a major issue, was the bed. They have the mattress sitting on a couple slats so you completely sink and tilt! It’s almost unusable. We were completely miserable the entire trip. They need to add full slats or a box spring. Best option is a box spring. Once they fix that - this place is great!
Place was prettier than anticipated and the view and location to cliff was great! They also had beach chairs, umbrella and cooler to use. Very clean BBQ grills in the community. I am sure this is my mistake, but did not realize there was no A/C in the unit. Being from Texas, I just assumed there would be air. Not a biggie. Since we were on the second floor, we just opened both door on either end of the apartment and had great breezes. Also, I didn’t really noticed A/C units anywhere so my guess is it’s not common. Also, the property manager was great and very responsive. Definitely recommend!
Great stay in Princeville. The north shore has less to do than the south shore, but in turn is much quieter. Great place, was clean and easy to check in and out. Would stay again.
We had a wonderful time with my kids and I. We had everything we needed. There are quiet hours and I felt this was pretty accurate except on the weekend a. There is a grocery store near by( the pool is wonderful; there are plenty beaches in a quick drive away. The beds were comfortable and if we needed something we were helped right away. The Bbq ‘s outside are very convenient and we loved our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I loved waking up to the gorgeous views of the palm trees and the ocean from the kitchen/back balcony. It was the perfect breakfast spot, and we were constantly visited by adorable doves and red-crested cardinals. Though this rental has no AC (like most homes in Hawaii), the breeze from our open, screened windows and the fans all throughout the rental kept our evenings cool and comfortable. The botanical trail and the pools on the property are well worth a visit. Thank you for adding to our wonderful vacation experience!

We had an incredible stay at the Cliffs. The property is stunning with amazing views, gardens and amenities. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. We were surprised how large it was! The balcony has views of the gardens, and green grass the meets the blue blue water. We saw whales while enjoying our morning coffee. I highly recommend this property.

This condo had everything you need for a comfortable stay at the Cliffs in Princeville. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, storage containers, cooking utensils, etc. The condo was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely go back.
