This bright, spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhome is located at Villas of Kamalii, in the prestigious resort community of Princevile. Perched on the highest part of world-famous Makai Golf Course, enjoy stunning mountain and waterfall views from your private balcony. This condo is walking distance to Makai clubhouse, Old Club Med trail, picturesque Nourish café, Russian fort, and Princeville’s beautiful sunset lookout. Hideaways beach, Sealodge beach, and the public beach at Hotel One resort are all within a mile. Enjoy the shops and restaurants at Princeville Center also, just a short two miles away.

This beautiful condo has everything you need to make you feel like you’ve arrived at your home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare gourmet meals and features a spacious island with beautiful granite countertops and a four-stool breakfast bar. The great room flows seamlessly from the kitchen and features a dining table and entertainment area with high-speed internet and cable TV. There is also cold A/C on the top floor of the townhome for those rare, muggy late summer days.

The upstairs features a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a separate bathroom with walk-in shower. The downstairs boasts dual master suites, both with king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. Wonderful unit that was very comfortable and well equipped. Nice view from the Lanai of the mountains and waterfalls. Prime location for those staying in North Kauai.

Very clean. A little issue, none issue with the burners on the stove. Directions to place pots on the stove before turning on should be displayed for us non European guest. Washer should be aired out regularly or at least keep the door open. Friendly neighbors and guest. 5 star rental. Thanks

We came at night so we didnt really get to appreciate the whole house until the morning. It was worth the surprise. Every window had beautiful mountain views. Hosts/Property MGMT did an excellent job in thinking of everything from binoculars to view the waterfalls in the mountain to toiletry essentials.

Our stay was everything we needed and more! The house was clean, organized, and well equipped. Love that our parking spot was right outside the door. The master bedroom that had the shower only was the most comfortable bed. The only feedback we’d give in investing in mattress toppers for the other two beds they were a bit stiff.Lastly we are hot sleepers and we’re nervous about no ac downstairs but pop open those windows and use the extra fans we were just fine!

We had 3 generations staying in this condo. It was perfect for my 85 year old mom to be on the main floor, with views for miles and our other guests to be on downstairs. Well appointed and relaxing! We loved waking and ending our days with the views. Thank you for making our vacation perfect!
