The place is beautiful and the pool and hot tub are amazing. I would have liked at least one tissue box in the whole house. Some light bulbs were out but still a beautiful place to stay. I highly recommend it
This is our third time renting this house, and although there were a few issues, we could contact the property management company and discuss. The hot tub water was green and murky. :(
Lots of outside spaces for family to gather- or for members to escape the crowd.
Just a fantastic property! Our family enjoyed everything about the property, location, views, and just could not have asked for a better week in Kona!

Fantastic stay and we will be re-booking again for next year. Great location and you essentially have a resort all to yourselves. Pool, BBQ, hot tub, cabana were all fantastic and everyone said that the place in person was even better than the photos ( which are pretty great). Rooms were perfect and we had a great time during our stay. Highly recommended
There is nothing like having all expectations met and exceeded. We were 5 adults and one 17 year old and had so much space and luxury. Four family members cancelled last minute but they would have had ample room. The pool was spectacular, the views from the top floor were mesmerizing (on both sides of the house) and the birds, trade winds and gardens made everything magical. We didn't have a car so the walk to the convenience store was easy and we Ubered to Don's Mai Tai Tiki Bar and downtown Kona for around 20. So easy and stress free.Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and were very pleased with the location, the spaciousness, and the ability for this property to serve our needs as a family ranging from age 8 to 80. The pool and backyard patio were well-used, as were the multiple spacious lanais.
We had a few issues when we checked in, but the property manager and service providers were responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
