This centrally located three bedroom, three and a half bathroom luxury villa overlooks the 15th hole of the majestic Jack Nicklaus-designed Hualalai Golf Course. The ground floor single level floor plan has a spacious lanai that extends to private lawn area - great extra space for the kids to kick a soccer ball, throw a football or simply roll in the grass. There is also garage parking at the villa for two cars. Beautiful teak lanai furniture and barbecue over a covered lanai allow for indoor/outdoor living with enough seating for 12 people.

The villa is professionally designed and includes high tech features that allow you to enjoy the conveniences of home while you’re on vacation - flat screen televisions, games console, wireless internet and wireless Hi-Fi System - providing endless music and video options for everyone, regardless of age.

The kitchen and multiple dining areas are stocked with everything you need to make this vacation memorable - granite counters with cooking island, bar seating and a large, square 'conversation' dining table provides several options that make entertaining exciting and enjoyable. There is also a wine cooler provided as well as a spacious walk-in pantry for all your supplies. One of the best features of this villa is the extended lanai area. There are 16 pieces of teak lanai furniture to relax and enjoy the sunset from. A gas barbecue provides a convenient way to enjoy outdoor dining while the kids are free to play on the adjacent lawn. This villa "lives" like a single family home with over 2600 square feet of space.

The bedding provides flexibility and the two guest rooms have their own lanai to provide additional space and light.
