This unit was great. Short distance from elevator, amazing lenai and views, and perfectly laid out and stocked kitchen. Highly recommend. The property manager KBM was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. We will be booking this unit again along with other vacation rentals through KBM.
A few issues in unit. Bedroom fan not working ,ice maker not working, microwave did not work. Hosts very congenial and attentive.

We have been staying at the Honua Kai for 12 years and we have stayed at so many different units. We loved this one. It was big enough to accommodate our party of 6. It’s centrally located right in the middle so you’ve got full ocean views. Right next to the elevator: it’s super convenient. It’s stocked with everything you need. We’ve used KBM before as well and they’re always helpful and try to accommodate early check in. I would absolutely stay here again!
The six of us had a lovely stay. The staff was kind, the service was great, and the room was wonderful. When I reached out about a minor issue the response was prompt and professional. Highly recommended!
The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It had most of what we needed for our 10 day vacation. Overall it was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The views were beautiful and many of us saw whales from the balcony. The beds were comfortable and we slept great. The boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, and ice chest were great to have. The resort was amazing with great pools, hot tubs, and a wonderful beach. The snorkeling was amazing! The water was so clear and we saw lots of tropical fish!
We had a wonderful time! Everything was exactly as listed. Extremely well run, clean, attentive/responsive. Exceptional for a family get together!
This nicely furnished condo was a great space for our family of adult children to spend time together, but still have rooms to ourselves. The view overlooking the ocean was fabulous -- several mornings and evenings we watched whales spouting and breaching from our veranda. The resort has several pools and easy access to the beach. Grocery store and a food truck park are within walking distance. If you're looking for hassle-free escape, this is it.
Very spacious condo for the 5 of us. A few household basic items missing but called management and they were brought to our room. Ice maker broken in frig and running toilet in one bathroom but maintenance came up quickly. The resort itself had wonderful staff and very helpful.
This home #425 in the houna kai resort is more beautiful that the pictures on the website where we booked this vacation. Everything was perfect, the rooms are bigger than we thought and everything feels new and updated. Even the art on the walls is nice. The hotel has so many pools right outside the door and the view from the balcony is amazing. I can't recomend enough. I am so happy we stayed here. The KMB company that helped us was really great to work with and when we broke the coffee pot by accident we called them and they brought a new one 10 minutes later for free. Really good service. We will be back!
Check-in was super easy. Staff were very friendly. H425 is beautiful and has the best straight view to the ocean and to watch the beautiful sunset.The beach chairs were very convenient. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the long private lanai. We definitely book this room again! Mahalo!!

We saw so many Whales from our window, we did a Whale Watching tour. Swam with turtles. We loved the pools and Dukes is a bonus.
Property and amenities were great. Can't wait to come back again.
