We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Large wheeled cooler and tupperware containers for your beach picnic
Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer.
For those with children
Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment.
You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away.
'The Oasis at Kulalani' is within the Mauna Lani resort, close to both Auberge and Fairmont Hotels.

We had the best time at this property! Very spacious, clean, comfortable, and with every possible amenity. It fit our family of 5 perfectly, but could easily accommodate larger groups. Access to the mauna lani beach club is provided, which is a beautiful private beach about a 3 minute drive down the road (or 20 minute walk). The owners have a garage stocked with stuff for the beach - snorkel gear, 4 body boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, shovels/bucket, pool noodles, etc. They also provide 5 bikes (3 for kids, 2 adults) with helmets which are great for cruising the neighborhood. Seriously, this place has everything. If you want to walk to the beach, it is an easy 10 minute walk to the fairmont orchid hotel and beach and a 20 minute to the mauna lani beach club. The best snorkeling is at the mauna lani beach club (excellent snorkeling). We saw whales from the beach every day, and tons of sea turtles. The neighborhood of the property is quiet and very well maintained. Wonderful pools, hot tub, and a great workout facility. The owners are incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. Wonderful to work with. I can’t recommend this place enough! The perfect spot for a Big Island vacation.

My family absolutely loved this stay. From the oversized sofa to the endless beach supplies, it was perfect for our family vacation. The location within the complex was right next to the pool gate which made it very easy to get right to swimming. Our host had left things like salt and pepper, oil, laundry detergent, etc which made it very easy to cook and clean as needed. I would absolutely rent this condo again!

The Oasis was the perfect home base for our multi-generational Hawaii vacation. Ample space for grandparents, parents, and teenagers to enjoy the Hawaiian sunshine and recharge after a day at the beach. Great central location to some of the best beaches on the island, with a wonderful pool complex and minutes from Foodland Farms, which was a key stop most days to cook up meals at home when not sampling the fare at the delicious local restaurants (sampled meals at Fairmont Orchid, Mauna Kea, Napua, Lava Lava Beach Club and recommend them all). Property management was so friendly and prompt in communications. We hope to stay at Oasis again on future trips to the Big Island.
