Great property, very clean. All needed amenities in unit. Walking distance to beach and numerous restaurants nearby. Lovely pool area for adults and children. Communication with host was excellent. Highly recommend this property!
Lovely room. Nice to have 2 king size beds. Nice launching pad for sight seeing. In between north and south shoes.
We have stayed at this resort a few times. Love it! The pool area and beach access are outstanding. We had a toddler this time, so this ground floor unit with access to a grass lawn was perfect. Two King beds are hard to find, so we were happy to find this unit. We had everything we needed and there was even a toddler life vest, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. Safeway, Ross, Starbucks, Wailua Shave Ice, and ABC Store are a short walk from the property. The only negative was that all of the grills on the property had some burners out. We would definitely book this property again. Excellent! You won't be disappointed.

The property is perfect for a family of 4. Plenty of space for everyone. The resort is very family friendly. The location is absolutely perfect with a Safeway across the street for groceries and restaurants and shops within walking distance if you don’t have a car.
We absolutely loved our visit to the resort! The condo was exactly as described and great communication with the host! Clean, well stocked and very comfortable. We had teenagers with us and they loved the pool, lazy river and slides. We had several days that were pool days in between exploring the island. It was our first visit to Kauai and I am so happy we chose this condo and resort. We will for sure be back!
We had a wonderful stay! The unit was perfect, had everything we needed and was a perfect, central location! The grounds and the beach are beautiful! I had several questions before and during our stay and the host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

The property and resort were beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. Nicole was super easy to communicate with and responded super quickly! We loved the rooms and the beds were so comfy. Everything was super clean and we had all the cooking supplies to cook in when we wanted. Absolutely loved our visit and would definitely come back!

We literally had everything we needed at this property. A well-stocked kitchen, a comfortable amount of living space with indoor and outdoor dining tables, washer and dryer in the unit, easy access to the pool and beach, and right across the street from Safeway and Wailua Shave Ice. It was perfect for our family of four. A great stay for families with kids!
We very much enjoyed our stay in Kapa'a at this property and would not hesitate to rent again. The unit was well appointed, and the host communicative. All amenities were present and comfortable, clean. It was wonderful to have options to do laundry which made packing so much easier, and the local area offers easy access to food, activities, the beach and pool. A!
This location is so great for walkable restaurants, shopping and a grocery store as well as the main thoroughfare for the Island. Most of our activities were within 20 minutes of the property. There was an air conditioning issue due to a storm the week before so it was very warm in the day hours but we were able to get it comfortable for sleeping. The host credited us for this issue. The beach abuts the property and there are walking trails.
We couldn't have dreamed of a more amazing vacation rental. This condo is equipped with everything you might need and more. The 2 master suites provided ample room for two couples. There are actually 3 bathrooms. Being on ground floor made it especially easy to walk right out to the beautiful facility grounds. While not beachfront, it is only a short walk to the beautiful beach, steps to the pool, lazy river, sand-bottomed hot tubs. The sunset/sunrise was like no other. Directly across the street from the main entrance is a Starbucks, Safeway grocery, restaurants, shopping. The owners and property manager were easy to connect with and were very accommodating. Don't miss the opportunity to stay at this condo.
The property is in a great location - central to the island. Large grocery store just across the street. The property is beautiful and spacious! It includes a pool, exercise room, restaurant, spa, hot tubs, kiddie pool and bicycle rental. The condo itself is modern, spacious and beautiful. It had all the amenities one could hope for. Loved the lanai area and ate every meal out there. We would certainly return to this condo and would recommend it to everyone.
Nice sized condo for two senior couples. Everything we needed and when we had a request for additional chairs we called Sheila who was the local contact and we got immediate assistance and she was very helpful with suggestions and anything we needed. We would stay again The only negative was the living room seating. Older backs needed firmer and more comfortable seating.

Good value. Primarily used as a resting space between island day trips and the central location was key for that. Nearby grocery store for supplies. While the resort common areas look beautiful we did not have time to enjoy them.Do pay attention to checkout/cleanup instruction signs in the unit as they are not automatically included in booking emails. The instructions are pretty standard (throw away trash, start towel wash, start diswasher). As long as your party has common sense and doesn't make a total mess of the property don't let the security deposit deter you.
We really loved the location of this VRBO - Kapaa is close to the airport and centrally located so access to pretty much anything else on the island was great and within a 30-60 min drive. Nicole was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Having the Coconut Marketplace so close was also a wonderful convenience. We loved Kauai and were thankful to stay in this VRBO as it was a great fit for our family of three!
The unit had a good layout and the amenities were good. The furniture and floors are very “tired”. Living room furniture was very uncomfortable. The unit faces the parking lot, so not a great view. We would definitely stay at the resort again, but would look for a different unit. Property manager was amazing and responded promptly!
We were in town for a family wedding. The condo was conveniently located and perfectly appointed. It was very clean and comfortable. Nicole was amazing in communicating and was very responsive. The resort was kid friendly, but still very quiet and relaxing.
This unit was fully stocked with kitchen utensils, 2 beach chairs, cooler, snorkels and boogie boards. The location of this property is centrally located on the east shore close to shopping.
The only thing that was very minor is that the refrigerator had no ice maker. We went through quite a bit of ice in the cooler and drinks. An ice maker probably wouldn't have kept up anyway.

I stayed here with family for a week. It was a great location for our excursions and convenient for shopping. It was very quiet and the beds were comfortable, which we all appreciated. It’s a spacious unit with good amenities. The pool was awesome. The security deposit is unusually high and we had other minor issues: the oven didn’t work properly, the look through in one of the bathrooms means you don’t have privacy from each other, you kind of have seating for 4, but it’s a tight squeeze to fit 3 people on the couch. While it’s ocean front and has sand, the waves are choppy and it’s a rocky beach so you probably won’t go in, at least in the fall/winter. Overall, an excellent stay.
