Beautiful spacious condo .. great location .. so much to do , close beaches , snorkeling , volcano etc..
Very clean and beautiful condo. It has everything you need and more. Amazing organization. You can tell these people are generous and genuinely want their guests to enjoy the condo as much as they do. Excellent communication.
Pristine location in the Waikoloa Beach area - near shops, restaurants, beaches, parks and trails. The unit itself has absolutely everything you'd wish to find at a vacation rental. We felt at home and the labeling of everything made our stay easy! Easily one of the best VRBO's I have ever been!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo! The location is perfect, very peaceful and relaxing with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The condo was spotless, maintained beautifully and equipped with many extras. Communication with Chris was excellent. She was responsive, friendly and helpful. We would happily recommend this condo.
A great location, near shops, pool, and beaches. The unit is quiet and well equipped, the best we’ve ever had, with comfy furnishings and beds that gave us the Aloha feeling. We’ve stayed in the complex in a similar unit, this unit would be our first choice next time! Responsive property management!
The entire experience was the phenomenal. A few weeks prior to arrival the hosts asked when my family and I anticipated checking-in. I was also able to request to have the two beds separated in the guest room for my children. The rental was welcoming and very clean. It had nearly everything you could possibly think of to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless. We asked for a late checkout, which they accommodated, allowing my family to enjoy some extra time at the property. It truly felt like a home away from home.PS I appreciated everything was labeled which helped us navigate our way around the rental. There were also very clear instructions and directions throughout the process. Thank you!

The condo was beautiful and peaceful. Chris was the perfect host and answered our questions quickly and kindly. It was much more pleasant dealing with a real, live host in comparison with a cut and dried mangement company with rules and not a lot of heart. This condo is in a very special location at the end of the other condos and was gorgeous inside with many lovely artifacts. Our family rented three condos in this location and Chris' beat them all.

This was an excellent choice for our vacation. The place was beautiful and had everything you could possibly want for cooking and enjoying the beach. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping and area attractions.
Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The condo is well outfitted and sits at a quiet end of the complex with a nice view of the Lakes course. We played the course 3x because the discount is great. Stuart was very communicative through the VRBO app making sure that everything went smoothly, even including arranging to return the airpods our daughter left behind!
Chris was an amazing host...communicative, helpful, generous, and quick to respond. The place was just as described on the listing. Very clean, stocked full of kitchen supplies and anything you'd need. Chris also had a book full of great suggestions regarding beaches to visit and places to explore. Location is on point. Easy to get to beach, shopping center within walking distance, lots of golf and dining options, and the onsite pools are amazing. This is our second time coming and Chris's place did not disappoint!
Generally, an okay stay. Housekeeping missed some items with cleaning, and both bikes had flat tires and only three of the four tires would accept air. Condo is very well stocked with kitchen items for cooking. Bed was comfy. This complex makes you park in the garage (they did us) so be sure to not rent a larger SUV as I do not think it will fit in the oversized single garage. It would have been a lot more convenient to be able to park in one of the unreserved spots, but we did not feel like going to the office to deal with it, so we did as we were told and parked in the garage.
Beautifully landscaped grounds, very nice pool and spa, condo was fantastic. We loved sitting on the back patio evenings and enjoying the Hawaiian breeze. Walking distance to shops, A-Bay beach and great golfing! Owners were very responsive when we had questions. We would stay here again for sure!
Property was great, awesome location with walking distance to the Queens Shopping Center and next to the golf course. With this unit we were able to golf on the Waikola GC at a significant discount. Very organized
This was our first time on the Big island and all of us enjoyed the comfort of a home to come home to at the end of our adventures. My son is a chef so the patio provided a great place to cook and break bread every day. The local beach was heaven. The access to groceries was a huge plus. Everything you need to stay a few days, a week or a month is provided. We will be back next year!!
one complaint is air conditioner had to stay at 74 degrees.

This unit location is away from everything and makes it very quiet and peaceful. There were a few things that may have been overlooked by housekeeping, but nothing that really spoiled our experience.
This is a beautiful condo in a stunning location. It was so easy to get around the island from this property, and had convenient access to shopping and restaurants. We loved being able to take morning walks down to the beach, as well as an evening swim at the pool. We also really appreciate having all the beach gear readily available to us. We would definitely stay here again.
It was a very comfortable place, perfect location for golf and access to the beaches in the Waikoloa area. The property manager and site manager were lovely and very responsive. Great pool for the kids.
So so clean! Had everything we needed for our vacation. Umbrella , beach chairs, beach mat, noodles, floaties, snorkeling gear, coolers (big one and backpack) and bikes. After a long day snorkeling and hiking just drive back and park in their garage right in front of the condo. The owners put so much consideration to their beautiful place! We will definitely be back here!!
This place was beautifully furnished and also had everything you would need to enjoy the surroundings. Definitely a great place to stay.
If you love to cook while you are on vacation this is the place. It has everything you need. Condiments in the fridge for use and honor system to replenish. Beds were comfortable. My kids wished the bed in 2nd room was split apart as requested when I initially booked this property. Beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers were very handy for our excursions around the island. Snorkel gear provided was OK-better off renting/buying your own. A/C only cools to 76 degrees and unable to adjust. I totally understand conservation. The recommendation to open windows/sliding door at night helps cool the place but prefer A/C due to sounds of nature at crack of dawn, sprinklers and golf course mowing. Overall, would stay here again!
The hosts were always available to communicate with. The condo was very organized and clean. Wonderful location and would stay here again.

This rental greatly exceeded our expectations! The property is quiet, peaceful, extremely well maintained. Pool is beautiful and was never crowded. The condo itself is very comfortable, updated, clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything we could have possibly needed (and much more!). There is a nice lanai overlooking golf course. We had access to quality beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and more. Area is very pleasant for walking - short walk to A-Bay, lot of shops and restaurants. Definitely hope to stay in this condo again, we very highly recommend it!
This ground floor unit is so convenient to Queens Marketplace for shopping and dining but the best thing we loved about it was the golf discount. There are golf clubs in the garage so we saved money on renting clubs. There is a men’s left hand set and adult right hand set. Very easy to book all our tee times at the kings and beach golf club where the owners are Gold members.
The owners of this lovely condo have literary though ot EVERYTHING! We have stayed many places throughout the US, and this one has it all, which made our stay truly comfortable and easy. The decor is highend and beautiful. The kitchen supplies and organization are wow! The beds are extremely comfortable and clean, with nice linens. The garage has every beach amenity guests could want. We especially enjoyed sitting on the patio and grilling our dinner several evenings. The proximity to ABay, Lava, Lava Beach Club for a casual dinner and drinks, and shopping is super convenient. I spent with my family 3 nights in this beautiful and confortable condo. The owner is very responsive: the check-in and check-out info are very accurate. We really enjoyed the stay: the beach items and the lanai with the grill are a plus. We strongly recommend this place!
