We just stayed at this property with 5 adults and 2 teenagers. The condo was spacious, the pool was amazing, the beach was rocky but overall was good and the food at the restaurant was amazing. Right across the street ( walking distance) was a Safeway, ABC store, and a good shaved ice.
The property is located on the ground floor and is just steps away from the parking lot and pool area, making it super convenient. Our host was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions.
This is the second time I've stayed at the Resort, it's beautiful. Candice was great to work with and very accommodating. The wash machine was broken and they offered to do our laundry for us whenever we wanted it done. When our flight time got changed she has no problem allowing us to check out late on very short notice.
I would highly recommend staying with her.

Very comfortable and convenient. Appreciated the 2 1/2 bathrooms. I would highly recommend this place to all who want to enjoy a restful place.
Everything was wonderful, all of us had a fantastic time, The condo and grounds were as described and I couldn't imagine a better place for our first visit to Hawaii.
Be aware there is no property management here at the property and only one security person on staff… there was many local kids coming in and out of the pool daily and several of our pairs of shoes and items were stolen from the pool area while we were there swimming. The security guard said he knew the boys well who stole my son shoes, And that they come in there all the time but did nothing about it. many items were broken in the unit and it did not advertise that it faces the parking lot …there are zero parking spaces because all the workers park in the back parking lot and leave no room for the guest to park. they left absolutely no extra rolls of toilet paper and a half a roll of paper towels so with seven people in the unit we were out by day four or five had to go across the street and buy our own toilet paper. There’s just not enough management at this resort since it’s privately owned now. Which is really unfortunate because I’ve been staying here many times since 2006 It’s definitely gone down hill. The good things are that it’s right on the beach great central location to Princeville and Poipu and the restaurant Oasis is spectacular..

The unit is very clean with lots of space. The room was very close to the pool and a very close to the beach. We enjoyed it very much and would stay there again. Check in was very easy.
This ground floor condo was perfect for our family of 7. It was conveniently located close to the pool, gas BBQ and parking lot. Kitchen was well equipped. Master bedroom had a king size bed. Second bedroom had two queens. There is a sofa bed in the living room. It was nice having a total of three toilets for our group! Our 4 and 6 year old grandkids loved the pool with the slides and waterfalls. Management team was very responsive to our questions and requests. Kapa'a is a great central location with lots of restaurants close by. We definitely would stay here again.
Clean, everything worked as stated. Comfortable with AC, decor was updated. Kitchen fully stocked. Great location close enough to pool. Our family of 6 loved this property and would definitely recommend it. Candace and staff were super responsive

Great condo. Enjoyed being on the ground floor. The small outdoor area by the condo was private and had nice landscaping.
Perfect location and place! Staying at the resort was, almost, as great as the island itself. Grocery store/coffee shop across the street, were so convenient. We cooked several meals, did laundry, used the beach chairs and watched some movies. Made it a truly special vacation. Thank you!
