We had the best stay at the Na Hale condominium. Loved that it was a two story corner space. We had great views of the ocean and sunset. Very quiet atmosphere. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. We appreciated the beach chairs, snorkeling and paddle board equipment that was available to us as well as the ice chest. I wish we didn’t have to wash our own towels on the way out just because we did leave so very early for our flight but we made it work. Communication with fixing an internet issue during booking was easily remedied with talking with the facility. I would 100% stay here again. Well priced and loved the location to the town.
The view was fantastic! The townhouse was spacious with a great floor plan. The beds were a little uncomfortable (slightly broken down) but each room was large. The private bathrooms were a great bonus for us. The kitchen was well stocked. We would all (three couples) stay here again.
The property is beautiful, with a million-dollar view! It was roomy and well-appointed, with exceptional decor. The location was ideal for our needs. My complaint is that guests are expected to wash and dry all towels and any extra blankets used during their stay. For a luxury vacation home at this price point, this seemed unreasonable.
Condo was well furnished...nice kitchen. Laundry was a plus. Nice view of the ocean

It was a great VRBO for a family of 6. There is a fantastic snorkeling beach close by, and it’s not too far to restaurants and such. Everyone had a great time. The view was perfection, as well.
Not sure what happened as this property is beautiful and well taken care of. Management company forgot to let me know how to get in and we immediately realized the air conditioner was broken. We also realized that probably they came in and cleaned the carpeting and never camp back to finish the prep for move in. Trash cans on top of dressers, no paper towels, toilet paper, etc… Heat wave and they could not get it properly fixed for 3 days because of their chain of command. I call the management company, they call the local management company, they call the person at actual townhouse association to call the HVAC company - it was insane and I had to wait for service people to come to make sure they fixed things. Had to have my 90 year old mother and others sleep in other places, but my autistic son and I had to endure the heat/no sleep for 3 nights. Received no compensation and whole thing was just incredibly awful and rude. Also know that there is no BBQ and the pool has none as well because of covid. Too bad as this is an incredible place, great view, etc…., but really bad service!
