AMAZING PROPERTY!! VERY PRIVATE & VERY SPACIOUS HOME, INCLUDES VIP PASS TO PRIVATE BEACH CLUB.

This Phase One Maile plan with its direct west facing view and end of cul-de-sac location is a gem. Immaculately maintained with many developer and custom upgrades. The custom cabinetry in the Great Room is beautiful and functional with a pop-up TV function, glass shelving, spacious cabinetry and much more. The outdoor kitchen has been upgraded with a Viking BBQ, Sub Zero bar fridge, etc. Even the garage has been upgraded with epoxy flooring finish. Developer upgrades include mahogany window trims, sound system, lower-level workstation and upgraded marble in the lower-level master bathroom. Although gourmet restaurants are a quick stroll away, should you decide to cook your own gourmet meal at home, the kitchen is fully outfitted with everything you will need including stainless steel cookware and appliances, dishwasher, prep island with sink, large Sub-Zero refrigerator, granite countertops and on the main lanai, an oversized Viking BBQ grill, Sub-Zero bar fridge, etc. with dining table for 6.
