The house was beautiful and accommodated our large group easily. They had lots of beach towels and chairs for us to use and it was as easy drive to Hanalei. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic
We had 4 adults and 6 kids. This house was perfect with many sleeping options, a huge dining table for meal and a hot tub. The owners were very accommodating and wonderful to work with. We appreciate them working with us in a time of need.
It was great place to stay at. Host was very responsive when we had an issue with BBQ. Was replaced right away. Lots of towels, and dishes. Walking distance to grocery store and lots of walking paths. Would highly reccomend staying here. Very clean upon arrival.
Beautiful accommodation with great care taken in the materials (hardwood floor, ceiling) and decorations. There were only 2 of us, and it was awesome. The place sleeps 6 comfortably, and has a few additional beds on top. Highly recommended.

We had a large group of 10 people and the property fit us well. There were many amenities that we found useful(rice cooker, snorkeling equipment, Beach chairs, etc.) and the space for meals was great for our large group. The property was quiet and safe(other than the black pickup truck who nearly ran into us on the roundabout and sped through failing to yield) but overall we enjoyed our stay. One night the skies were clear enough and not too much surrounding light pollution so that the stars were quite astounding. Because the roof is made of stone it absorbs a lot of heat from the sun during the day and can make the upstairs part of the property a little bit heat uncomfortable with radiation of the heat from the stone roof. For that reason we learned to turn off the ceiling fans in the later part of the day and evening so a lot of that heat would stay up closer to the vaulted ceiling. If the outer roof was ever redone, putting a radiant heat barrier between the outer stone and inner thatch decorative layer would lessen the heat load to the upper floor substantially. We enjoyed our stay there and would consider coming back in the future. Its location is very central to many north shore Kauai activities that visitors would likely be interested in.
Great family size home for large group in Princeville. Walking distance to a few restaurants and the grocery store. Has everything you need for your home away from home. Short drive to Halanei.

This home was perfect. It fit our family of 11 great. It was close to a grocery store. It was so clean and had everything we needed, including boogie boards, chairs for the beach. The great room/kitchen was so big and we spent each evening together playing games. It made our Christmas perfect. We would definitely stay here again!!
