This adorable bungalow has two bedrooms and a one and half bath, (a true Jack and Jill bath) with breathtaking views from the Lanai. The main bedroom has a King Bed, the Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed and both rooms are equipped with Air Conditioning for those warmer nights. The living room also has a sofa sleeper for those additional guests as well as an additional Air Conditioning unit for your comfort. The kitchen has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay, such as, full size refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee pot and of course a coffee grinder so you can grind your fresh Kona coffee beans. You can enjoy your fresh brewed Kona Coffee or your tropical drink out on the Lanai where you will enjoy watching HumpBack Whales during whale season, cruise ships come in and leave, the Gorgeous Hawaiian Sunsets or the surfer's at Lyman Beach or just relax with a good book. The main portion of the rental is upstairs and the laundry room/facilities are downstairs. The remaining bottom portion of the home is storage. There is no "onsite" caretaker or manager. This Hawaiian Hale is sure to not disappoint.

This place is in a great location on Ali'i drive. The balcony has a fantastic view, and there are plenty of great beaches and restaurants within walking distance. I typically stay with family when I visit the big island, but I will definitely consider this property for my next visit.
