Owners were very nice and responsive. But it should be clear: this is a smallish hotel room, not a condo. It has two queen beds, a few upholstered chairs, and a side table that take up almost all the available space in the room. It is tight. In addition, there are multiple large plastic totes under the beds and in the closets which greatly limit your ability to put your luggage away and keep what little space there is open.

This is our second stay at this property and we can't wait to come back again and stay at this property. The location is PERFECT - exactly in the middle in the island so you can go north or south and it's beautifully accessible to shops and restaurants, but there is Starbucks coffee right downstairs as well as several restaurants and bars here on site if you just want to relax and not leave the property. The room is roomy, clean, and relaxing... there were a couple days when we stayed in and it was lovely. Do yourselves a favor and look up Kauai Backcountry Adventures and do the Tubing and the Ziplining - it's less than 10 minutes from the condo. And go explore the Allerton and MacBryde Gardens in Poipu - absolutely magnificent! And for the literal best breakfast on the island, Kountry Kitchen is right down the road in Kapa'a. And for dinner? Our two favorites are Duke's on Kalapaki Beach and Keoki's in Poipu Beach area. Lastly, the sunrises on the beach here right in front of the property are showstopping. Best way to start your day.

We had an overall wonderful experience at this resort and would absolutely recommend it! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the valet service was outstanding. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the beautiful Christmas decorations throughout the property, which really enhanced the festive atmosphere. We also found the laundry services very convenient during our visit.
There were a few minor areas for improvement. While we understand policies vary, we were disappointed that we couldn’t enjoy outside food in the pool and seating areas. For example, when we ordered a pizza, we were told we could only eat it in our room. Additionally, some amenities were either out of order or seemed to need maintenance and updating.
Our room was spacious with a spectacular view, but we felt it could have been a bit more comfortable. The chaise lounge was not ideal, and for a large room accommodating two adults, there was only one seat available, which we had to share. More towels in the room would have been appreciated as well. For future improvements, including snorkeling gear and water bottles for guests would be a nice touch.
We didn’t use the onsite restaurant as we weren’t fond of the menu options, so we can’t speak to the dining experience.
Despite these minor issues, we were overall very happy with our stay. The positives far outweighed any negatives, and we look forward to returning in the future!

Our unit had a perfect ocean view and the property was well maintained outside a beautiful landscaping. As far unit that we had it could use some renovation, the unit has a red carpet it looks it hasn’t been changed for a while. The sliding glass door was hard to open and the latch was a bit rusty and old the screen door needs to be replace we couldn’t even open and close it keeps coming off. The shower metal piece was coming off and above the ceiling inside the bathroom the fire sprinkler the piece is ready to come off. The cabinet in the bathroom is really outdated as well the counter inside the unit. One thing that really got us there was big roach skimming around inside the unit, we did try kill it but it got away from us. But what really bothers me when we arrived and tried to check we was told we didn’t have any reservation. It took a while before they found us but unfortunately we was told that our unit that we supposed to check in that someone supposed to check-in to that unit for 7 nights and it wasn’t us. It took a while before they finally realize that we are on the reservation. As far the property it’s very nice and the unit that we had a beautiful ocean view. Just the unit it need some works.

This Condo was just beautiful. It is exactly as the pictures taken. Andrew is a wonderful host and always responded to my questions. He also sent things to do and restaurants to visit. We met lovely people by the pool which does not disappoint. You can go down to the beach but the area is small and why get in the sand when you can hear the waves by the pool? I would stay again if I am ever fortunate to make it to Kauai.

We had problems with our flights being canceled and had to shift our trip by a few days - Drew was very helpful and flexible to help us during this time and we enjoyed our time here very much. It was better in every way - clean, beautiful view, comfortable, etc…

Property was exactly as described! Minutes from the airport. Great central location to explore both the north shore and south shore of the island. Resort pools and grounds very nice. Room location perfect: short walk from covered parking lot, into the main entrance, around the corner to elevator...easy peasy!! Room itself comfy and great for 2, might be a tad crowded with air mattress group of 4, but host explains that. Would absolutely stay here again!!

The property was exactly what we were looking for. Several Pools and Hot Tubs as well as on site beaches. We were only 8-10 minutes from restaurants & bars and only 2 miles from a golf course. Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable stay! Room is outfitted with everything one might need. The owner communicated everything clearly and we felt well taken care of! The resort itself is beautiful and we enjoyed the nightly music at the restaurant. All the staff were super nice too.

Property was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Amenities were great. Room was clean, but a little dated, which was totally fine for us. Loved our stay and our planning to come back and stay again.

Andrew was the perfect host. Very responsive about any questions we had, offered suggestions of things to do & places to eat before our arrival and checked in to be sure we were happy with everything. We had one small maintenance issue & it was addressed immediately. The room and view are exactly how they look, no surprises. And the view is gorgeous & you CAN hear the ocean waves. The resort itself is nice, we never actually went to the pool, but everything was beautiful. The location was also great, as we were doing day trips to the West side & the North side. And much more affordable than some other locales. The condo location is also good in that the microwave & ice/water is on the same floor. Thank you Andrew for a wonderful stay! We would stay there again.

We loved that the room came with a beach umbrella, cooler, and two beach chairs. The only downside was the wind was super strong at night while we were there. I should have invested in some ear plugs! Overall, a beautiful place to stay. Totally recommend!
