    Paniolo 204A is located in a very walkable part of Princeville, a great blend of comfort and convenience, ensuring that your Hawaiian getaway is nothing short of spectacular. One of the most appealing of Paniolo 204A is its unbeatable location. Situated on the north shore of Kauai in Princeville, you'll find yourself surrounded by a plethora of natural and cultural attractions. Anini Beach is a short, shady 10 minute hike. The Saturday morning farmer's market is an easy 5 minute stroll, and five minutes past that is the Princeville shopping center with its grocery store, restaurants, boutiques, bar and grill, wine market, and more. The Westin is a 5 minute walk in the other direction and offers a Starbucks, minimart, and several restaurant dining options. Just across the street is the multi-use path which is perfect for walking, jogging, or biking. Hanalei is 10 minutes away, with its charming boutiques, great restaurants, and gorgeous beaches. Lumahili Gardens, the NaPali coast, and Hanalei Bay are within easy driving distance.

    As you step into Paniolo 204A, you'll immediately feel the embrace of Hawaiian hospitality. The spacious living area is thoughtfully designed, providing a cozy space to unwind after your day's adventures. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals with ease, and the dining area is perfect for enjoying them with loved ones. Comfortably sleeps four people with a queen bed downstairs and two twin beds in the loft-style bedroom upstairs, and lovely tradewinds to keep you cool once you've settled in for the night. If you'd like to convert the two twin beds upstairs to a king bed, everything you need is in the apartment, just ask us where to find it. A washer and dryer are available, allowing you to pack light and have fresh clothes for every adventure. You can also enjoyed the shared pool and barbecue in the complex, a great way to end an active day with a swim and grilling up your catch of the day.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo with the free flowing air and local rooster sounds nearby. We walked to shops and restaurants, the cafe and the grocery store daily. Great location on the north end to explore the beautiful beaches nearby. Originally we were looking for an airbnb in the central part of the island near the Airport to be accessible to both the south end and the north end. That would have put us in major traffic daily. That airbnb was listed 4 different times but unavailable once booked and pre paid for. Each time we had to cancel our listing. Then I found this great condo available on vrbo. Thank you We loved living like locals for the week. Great stay. Accommodations are as stated :-)

Thankfully, the new owners responded quickly to a couple of issues that came up. We arrived to a clean unit with a new room arrangement and some new furniture. It was lovely!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first walked into the unit, we were greeted by a pleasant breeze and a sparkling clean condo. The unit was decorated beautifully and the bed super comfortable. The loft was perfect for the kids, and we even noticed it can be converted into a king for another couple in the future. The kitchen is well stocked, and it was really nice to have a washer and dryer there for the children. We noticed brand new beach gear and the owners (apparently, they are recent new owners) really took care to make sure everything was nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Convenient, clean condo with close walking distance (by 8-10min sloped trail) to Wyllie Beach and Anini Beach. Pool on property for cooling off. Condo a few feet from Ka Haku Rd which can be busy at times. Overall good price point for Princeville location. Easy walking distance to Foodland grocery store. I did without car for most of my stay. Kauai Bus had convenient service on Kuhio Highway. Haena shuttle service will get you to Napali Coast from Waipa location (near Hanalai). For Waimea Canyon Drive trails and scenery will need car, as Kauai Bus does not access that area.
