Lovely, well appointed condo unit. It had extras like 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, a small cooler, pool noodles, sand toys. We really appreciated the spices and oil in the kitchen cupboards as well as Saran wrap and tin foil so we could cook without paying a small fortune for spices we used once. The unit qualifies for a golf discount which we used. The location is perfect for walking to Kings and Queens shopping center. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. I'd stay here again.
Unit E105 turned out to be perfect for my 8 week stay in Waikoloa Beach. It was a good size to have family visit on and off but not so big that it was too much for just me. It is close to places and things that I like to do but at the same time gave me the privacy when I needed it. I would recommend it and would rent it again.
Communication was excellent , the place was as advertised clean all the thing we needed for the stay location is excellent we will definitely try to stay there again

Spacious and well appointed, this vista Waikoloa unit has everything. Well stocked kitchen, nice furnishings, 2 lanais, views, strong wifi, beach gear. The pool is beautiful and warm great for lap swimming. It even has a small library! Walk to Hilton and Marriott beaches and all the shops. Michelle at Kohala Properties is fantastic. This is the only place we will stay on future trips! (Besides the Mauna Kea-lol).

Unit fell below our expectations as pictures online looked to be much nicer than what it was. Furniture worn and tired unit was not clean, lack of glasses in kitchen, dirty pan in the oven, lack of kitchen towels which after management was contacted more were given to use, light bulbs 3 of them burned out in the kitchen which were replaced while just before we left. Open cable box in living room not covered which management claims they were aware of. When traveling this distance and for a 3 week period we expected everything to be very nice snd in order. Felt we overpaid for what we actually got.
This vacation rental was perfect for our family of 4 - Parents plus two grown daughters. We loved it. The ground level is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and listening to the
birds. The gardens are well taken care of. There's a beautiful pool on the property and a small gym that we used a couple times. It's nice and quiet and close to everything. We would definitely recommend it:)
Overall this unit was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen is well stocked and lots of space for our family. The pool was amazing and we spent lots of time there. The walk to the beach was a bit tricky until we were able to find the short cut but there was no clear instruction.
Unfortunately during our stay the unit just above us started having their deck retiled which was very very noisy and disruptive to our time at the unit. We appreciate this is not the fault of the unit we stayed in but definitely affected our time there.
Overall we would stay again. Communication was fabulous with Michelle.
Fantastic experience with this property, great location, beautiful home and wonderful service.

Nice place, beautiful garden view, near beach, restaurants and grocery stores, unit in great condition and met all our needs.
This downstairs condo unit at Vista Waikoloa worked out great for our Big Island vacation. It’s located in a beautiful resort area, close to shopping and beaches. The unit was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We loved the stocked laundry room. I appreciated that it was quiet at night. I don’t think the upstairs was occupied while we were there. The pool was was close by and not crowded.
The unit was very clean but upon checking in we did see a dead long insect under one of the nightstand - maybe a centipede? And we killed two cockroaches- I think this was because we had the lanai sliding door opened. It is the tropics after all so bugs are expected. Would I stay here again? Definitely!
