(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

-A/C unit in the living room that kept the whole home a nice temp (we were there in June).
-Washer & dryer with detergent provided.
-We had an issue with the shower knob and they sent someone out within the hour to fix it. Great in person response time!!
-Roosters and cats lounging in the neighbors' yards was a plus.
-Plenty of parking.
-Would stay here again.

The property suited our needs and was relatively close to Hilo and not far from a lovely beach/swimming area.
