Ali'i Kai surrounding is beautiful lushy tropical landscape with many variety of plants and foliage including palm trees, birds of paradise, hibiscus, and plumeria trees. Ali'i Kai features a resort-style pool, as well as tennis court privileges at the Makai Tennis Club. There are BBQs in several locations, the closest is just 200 steps away by the pool. Ali'i Kai is conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, great beaches, golf, and many of Kauai's best outdoor sights and adventure experiences, but remains very quiet except for the sounds of the ocean and the wind. For enthusiasts Turtle Cove is very short walk within the condo complex.
The condo is second floor which is top floor with no noise from above, a big bonus for peaceful evenings and light sleepers. It is an open and airy, furnished (renovated) in a contemporary clean style, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, dining area, comfortably furnished living area, and lanai. The master has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed, both with very comfortable mattresses. Both bathrooms are newly renovated. Both bedrooms and Living room all have Smart TVs with Spectrum cable and streaming highspeed Internet. All rooms have A/C and ceiling fans, as well as ample windows if you want the ocean breeze flowing through. The Washer & Dryer is NEW. There is ample free parking directly in front of the condo. We provide laundry detergent, cooking spices, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, cooler and snorkeling gear....

Very much enjoyed our stay in this rental. The views over the ocean from the lanai and the bedrooms were amazing. The condo is furnished very tastefully (we loved the colour combinations) and was perfect for our family of 3 adults. All necessities were provided, including a good selection of beach equipment- we made good use of the beach chairs, towels and umbrella! Would definitely stay here again - especially for that view.

This place is awesome! My wife, granddaughter and I stayed here in June 2024. It is right on a cliff overlooking the Pacific and is within a 10 minute drive of shopping and restaurants in Hanalei. It has a great pool and lots of walking paths and comes with everything you might need for a trip to the beach. We will be back.

The view was amazing from every room. The condo is nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable. It was very clean with a bunch of adorable geckos scurrying about in the garden. Lots of chickens ready to wake you up and get your day going.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property has incredible views from every room, it’s super clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with necessary items as well as some useful supplies for beach outings. Lucy was a terrific host and communicated very well. We’ll definitely want to stay here again when we come back!

This condo was absolutely amazing. The views were stunning (we saw some whales sitting on the lenai eating breakfast!!) and it had everything we needed. We were able to grocery shop, cook, go to beaches nearby. All in all a wonderful experience!

Condo is clean, quiet, well kept and has everything you need. Convenient north shore location close to the grocery store, farmers markets, and Hanalei Bay. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the lanai while gazing at the ocean.

We just returned from a weeklong stay to celebrate my birthday. Our daughter and her boyfriend joined us and we had plenty of space in this well appointed condo. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds and furniture very comfortable. It was great to have air conditioning and fans to keep us comfortable too. But most of all everyone enjoyed the spectacular view from the living room and both bedrooms. We saw whales breaching, multiple sunsets, and so many rainbows. What a treat! The owner was so welcoming and sweet - brought us binoculars to enjoy the views even more and treated me to flowers, cheesecake and a bottle of prosecco on my birthday - what hospitality! We have visited the island 6+ times and love Princeville for its walking paths, secluded beaches, nearby restaurants and that Bali Hai view and sunsets which can’t be beat.
