Stay in our condo unit in Pats at Punaluu that’s tastefully furnished with modern interior design with AC, Ocean views and a balcony!
Our unit sleeps 6 guests comfortably; it has 1 queen bed, 1 futon and 1 air mattress.
With wifi, cable tv, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and free parking for your convenience. We would provide sand toys that you can enjoy too!
The building features an outdoor pool, workout room, and a BBQ area!
Please note: there could be possible highway noise.
Pool hours is 10am-8pm with a limit of 5 people only.
The bbq grill can be used from 9am-9pm.
Watch the sunrise & enjoy the peacefulness of the ocean. Swim with turtles & tropical fish in the reef-protected ocean, monk seals & variety of tropical fish are waiting to be seen as you snorkel right out in front and watch whales in the winter! Enjoy the trade winds year-round.

This neighborhood is conveniently located close to many famous north shore beaches, hikes, delicious restaurants, world-famous “Polynesian Cultural Center and Marketplace”, BYU-Hawaii (Brigham Young Univ.), and many other local attractions, turtle bays "surfer" the bar, and grocery stores. The closest grocery store is Kaya's Store. Nearby restaurants include Thai Food Express Truck, Kaya's Kitchen, and Shrimp Shack.
There is public transit available if you need to travel into town, about 30 mins to reach a mall and 45-60mins to reach the city. We are directly on "The Bus" ...
