The newly remodeled, gorgeous two- bedroom two- bathroom 882 sq ft corner lower unit was the developer's model. Private unit with windows along the side of the unit providing great airflow. Enjoy romantic dinners from your own private garden corner lanai with lovely landscaping - featuring palms and colorful ornamentals. From this great location, you can enjoy the Kona beach lifestyle with this private end unit as your home base. For convenience, parking stall #104 is just steps away from the condo. Across the street is an ocean public access walkway and Honl's sandy beach with surf spots close by.

The unit is newly renovated, and the primary bedroom is light and bright with a large closet and sliding glass door to the tropical lanai. The second bedroom features a queen bed with a twin bunk bed. Bedrooms and bathrooms are separated on each end of the unit. A stacked washer & dryer are found in the hallway. The complex includes a gated private fenced pool with an area for barbeque, secure bike stalls, tables & chairs with lounge chairs available for sunbathing relaxation. This jewel of a condo is a comfortable oasis to call your getaway vacation home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a fabulous condo! Very spacious and spotlessly clean, with modern kitchen appliances, washing machine and tumble dryer. Tastefully decorated, with a great outdoor/balcony area. Beds were very comfortable. Aircon in lounge and ceiling fans in bedrooms. Bathrooms well stocked with lovely toiletries and plenty of hairdryers! Pool was great, very clean, with sun loungers, tables and sun umbrellas. This condo is in an excellent location, only 20 minutes walk to nearest shops and restaurants and a further 5 minutes to the lovely Kona Village. Nearest beach less than 10 minutes walk. Trolley bus stops right outside on Ali'i Drive. We were 4 adults there for the IronMan event, and this beautiful condo met our needs perfectly. Communication with CB Islands was excellent, and received an almost instant response to a query we had before booking. Felt right at home here and woulddefinitelystsy again. Loved everything about this condo, and would highly, highly recommend!
