The cottage includes a main floor master with en suite bath, with a queen bed, plus two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin over double bunk bed, with a shared bathroom.
Ideally situated windows, doors, and screens, capture the refreshing tropical breezes to flow through the home. Should the trade winds die down, each bedroom and the main living areas include their own split air conditioning unit, so every guest will stay comfortably cool at any time of the day. There is a full-size washer and dryer available to freshen up all of your beach wear.

We really enjoyed our stay in this superb modern, tastefully furnished, clean and cosy property, with everything we needed for our Kauai break. I am a very fussy sleeper and do worry about the safety of my children but could feel completely relaxed in this house in this beautiful neighbourhood. I really liked the bunk-bed in the third bedroom which was very comfortable by the way. The communication with the property manager was very welcoming and nice, and the owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we could ask for (even dropping off a replacement coffee machine promptly, even when there was an additional one in the house). Thank you very much!

Great location with great onsite amenities. The heated pool was great and it was a good amount of space for a family of 5. The coffee maker broke during our stay and Brian, the property manager, was super responsive and got a replacement in no time. We left this place to go to a resort and probably had a better time at this place...
