Everything was great about the place and we really enjoyed it. We were not aware of the stairs to get to our front door.
Perfect location in a nice condo community. Apartment is spacious and has everything you need. Will come back.
Nice condo. Only complaint is the roosters that woke up way too early…. Lol
Our first time visiting Kauai. The condo was clean with a well equipped kitchen. Nice to have laundry soap and paper products provided. Great location. Easy drive to the beach. Would recommend the owners provide extra chairs for the dining table so that the family could enjoy a meal together.
We enjoyed our stay immensely. Upon arrival (after dark) it was very difficult to locate the condo. The lighting is very poor and the parking space is not adjacent to condo. However a quick call and we figured it out. The beach chairs and umbrella were great!
This rental property is in a well taken care of complex. The pool and hot tub area was very nice, we went there every evening. Our 2 bedroom unit was spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pull out couch. We also had an extra sitting room with a TV and couch in it. It was perfect for 2 couples. The management was very helpful and easy to get ahold of with any questions.
My mom and I stayed in this unit for 5 days and really loved it. The location is great, easy to get to Koloa and Poipu Beach and lots of other great beach spots! The unit was super clean, updated and well appointed. Easy parking and great beach gear! One note, the living room and primary bedroom face the golf course parking lot, we didn’t find it to be too noisy, but just something to know!
As advertised! Great space for our family — split level allowed for separation of adults and children. Access to boogie boards, noodles, and snorkeling gear a huge bonus. Will rent again!
When we arrived after dark we had difficulty finding the unit. There were instructions to find the garage but none to find the unit which was in the cup-de-sac and up some dark stairs. The light above the door was out which made it very difficult to enter the numbers in the key code.
Since we were tired travelers, this was not a pleasant experience. Once in the unit, it was lovely and well appointed.
Milk Pai was an amazing place to stay! Beautiful condo, beautiful surroundings. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!
