This condo is located in North Kihei, a 3-minute drive to all the restaurants and bars, and a 10-minute drive to the North Shore/Airport. The gardens are super lush and colorful--how you would envision your Hawaiian vacation to be. The complex is a small one, with only a couple of buildings, so it's quieter and more private.

Beautiful hardwood floors throughout with tile in the bath, nice appliances & handsome cabinets in the kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, windows on three sides for wonderful airflow, with an A/C unit in the living room & your bedroom!
This condo unit is located right across the street from the beach--so you can easily enjoy the spectacular sunsets that we get every single night!
The deck and windows are surrounded by and facing a lush, tropical, Zen Garden, good for an evening drink or a meal.
Go out for a swim or have a barbecue at the pool, only steps away from the condo unit.
The condo has a queen size bed and a sofa, and also has extras like beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers, and boogie boards.
There is a full kitchen stocked with a blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, microwave, stove-top oven, and a full-sized refrigerator. The kitchen counter seats up to four people.
The living room has a 40" flatscreen television with basic cable and a DVD player. The condo comes with an assigned parking space for one vehicle.
There is A/C in the bedroom and living room, ceiling fans, basic cable, and wifi, and is all included in the price.
No smoking or pets allowed.
GUEST ACCESS
There is a private hot tub and pool, only for condo residents and guests.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
I am required by law to collect Hawaii State General Excise and Transient Accommodation Taxes, so please be aware that there is a tax of 17.1466% on the nightly rate.
